Doesn't it just tick you right off passing a gas station..I almost feel like stocking up cuz it seems that every hour the price raises

you know rei, you are soo right. every time i look at the prices i want to scream! i drive a big chevy diesel truck and the gas is out of control!

Oh that explains the high price you pay..I feel so sorry for the diesel owners..us regular's are getting stoked and I guess I should appreciate being a "regular" although it's up to 4.27 in some places here in CT

I am now paying 4.49 for regular I am so done ! I am moving tomrrow to a place that is a 2 minute walk to work and my kids can take the bus to school so they can KISS MY BIG OLE BUTT! This is getting out of hand when we pay more for our gas for the month then we do rent

I agree. I drive a jeep Cherokee and I fill up at half tank. It cost me around $40 for half tank. So sad isn't it. Today I paid $3.81 for regular. It seem to go up about 3cents a day

i just read an article on msn. that missouri had the cheapest gas in the country! I LIVE IN MISSOURI. our gas here ia 3.72 a gallon. what is it where you are at?

Gas here is $1.46 a liter that is $5.48 a gallon here in B.C Canada

it keeps shifting between 3.95-3.99 --they may as well just go on to 4.oo.... just playing and teasing folks.... either way it is high as heck...

everything is suffering because of this...

Hi dcorn, We are $4.09 for regular in NC. The bad part is that in rural areas like this you have to drive to get to work, store or anywhere. We don't have any buses or trains or subways. There are no large companies and everyone one lives miles apart so there is no way to carpool. The average person here has to drive at least 15 t0 30 miles one way to work each day. The sad part is, once they get the price up there they will leave it. By the time they get through with this mess of jacking prices they will make us think $4 is a bargain. I think they try to brain wash us sometimes. I just can't see ANY good coming out of this mess. Very sad. Our county sheriffs department is already $96,000.00 over budget this year cause of the fuel hikes. Can you say higher tax for us??? Geez....

Last week my car was on a 1/4 of a tank and when I filled her, (it) up it cost me like $41.00 to $45.00 and that was when the gas prices were $3.78 a gal. Now they are $3.99 a gal. I live in Alabama

Last week my mom said to me, "I just don't know what we are going to with your daughter next year. Due to she will be to old do go to day camp." A few days later, on my lunch break while I was sitting on my car, just after I saw the front page headline of $3.99 a gal in our area,I was like my mom is thinking of were to send my daughter for summer vacation? HELLO she needs to be thinking were she is going to get the money for gas. Oh thats right dad has her covered, but still, she needs to think about others out there like myself who have to worry if they are going to be able to make it to work or not in the weeks to come all due to the gas prices and not about were to send a child for summer fun and she tells me I need to grow up. LOL

Gas in Milwaukee, WI is $4.09 right now. I am not looking forward to filling my gas tank tomorrow. It is going to hurt my pockets deeply!!
