For those that don't know me, My name is Katy and I live in the very cold state of Wyoming. I am marking the days off and in four short months I MIGHT begin to feel my toes again! *lol* Winters in Wyoming BITE and our springs are usually worse then the winters for snow fall and sub zero temps! *grumps*

I use to watch ALL of the ABC soaps years ago when I was a stay at home mom. Ryans Hope, Loving,AMC,OLTL,GH.
When the first writers strike went on and also the Olympic games preemted the soaps on ABC I started watching Y&R,B&B,DOOL and Santa Barbra. *LOL* Looks like I was a soap junkie huh?

I DID learn back then why the remote is so coveted by MEN! What power one has with that little device! *nods*

Talk about delicious bier (beer)! I love Germany, there is so much variety in luscious cold beer. A perfect beer from the tap must have 3° celsius and takes 7 Minutes to draw. Maybe I could send you a kiste sometime, you are in NY, some of my family are living in the tri-state area.. my Mom and Sis want to fly out sometime this year, so we have to keep in touch... when it is so far, then you could meet my sis in the city or so... over a nice cold one! aHHHHHH

As you know, I am living on the Danish border, they speak platt-deutsch (cowder-welsh kind of German), Danish and German here. So, you can imagine how confused the people are here. I am directly between the North Sea that runs out into the English Channel and then into the Atlantic and the Baltic Sea. Above us is Denmark, Finnland and Norway. To the right is Belgium, Luxembourg, Holland a bit and France abit. To the south of Germany is Switzerland, Austria, to the left the baltic nations. We have very terrible weather here and if the sun shines we are horse-whipped with 6 weeks of rain, storms, snow-rain and all that kind of lovely stuff. I hate it up here. Frankfurt was better.

It doesn't matter where you go in Germany, everyone is brewing their own Beer. So, you will never be thirsty and in Bavaria, Beer is declared a meal because it is so healthy.
