Hello Everyone!

I'm new to this and have never posted. I watch B&B and Y&R.(Over 20 years) I have never posted on either one of those either. I am a "rookie". I have tried to keep up with you all here. Very intimidated by the closeness (is that a word?) you all have on this board.

I finally had to write and send my prayers to Dakota. I knew about her mom being sick but I had lost interest in everything about 5 months ago. (Going through a divorce)
Also missed out when Juliet had her baby boy. Congratulations! Today is the first day I have been on here since my husband walked out.

I feel like I know you all ......but I don't. I'm from Florida and you can have the 80's weather we are having right now. I wait all summer long for some of that cold you have (it never gets here!)

Well......hope you don't mind me popping in every now and then.

but were always open to having more people join our B&B family

you don't have to feel intimidated on here were not like that give it sometime & you will meld in with us.

were a good group of women we pull together when someone is having problems or sharing our joys

you can pop in here whenever you want we have some new ones here that just found us today

you can vent on here laugh on here whatever just have a good time getting to know everyone.

I'm not sure what to call everyone. Sometimes you all have the name in the upper corner and get called by that and then at the bottom there is another name. Do you use both? I am so showing my rookie status!

When I was on the B&B site, you invited some posters over here so I thought I would check out what is going on. Like I said, I haven't visited this one in a while. I guess I was not sure what to expect if I signed up. I'm not that comfortable with the internet, have never posted anywhere..........heck, I'm surprised that I could get a picture to show up in the corner. My son would be proud!

I can't believe that your son is 4 months old. Joshua is such a beautiful name. I also remember reading when Pipposprincess' grandson was born. Even though I never signed up, I tried to keep up with everything. I have missed having contact with other people. This is great!

i like the name joshua it's my favorite bible character.

this is my second child i have a 7 year old daughter named haley. josh is my husbands first child he is a step dad to haley.

i've never been married until a little over a year ago.

but i was with haley's dad for 7 years before i got the nerve to leave him & take my daughter

not familar with divorce but hope all goes well for you.

Wow! You all make me feel accepted. Thanks Cindy. I think I will wait until I get better at this before I join another site......although I may not be able to stay away. I have always enjoyed Outland and the others who don't comment on this one anymore. Can't blame them but miss their comments.

As for the divorce....it is still in the process. He walked out the door 2 days after our 19th anniversary. Mid-life crisis and a younger girl he worked with. It hurts every day but I stay strong for my son.

Life goes on! You know I have read your comments on the soap site for so long. I agree with you almost every time....actually can't think of a time that I didn't agree with you. Nice to finally "talk" to you.

I remember you talking about Haley. How is she doing with a new baby brother? I bet she is a wonderful big sister.

Believe me, I wasn't familiar with divorce either. I stayed single until I was 34. Just never wanted to get married until I found the right one. Thought I found him, loved him with all of my heart, he was a good man, then after 19 years(almost overnight) he changed into someone I don't know anymore. There are no guarantees in life.....but God never gives you more than you can handle.
