I need a new computer to see if that will fix it. It really is annoying for pages to just freeze up and I can't scroll down. I really thought that the higher speed internet would cure this. I hope to be able to join you all more as the winter approaches. Right now, between mom and getting ready for winter, I have been overwhelmed. We are trying to get a woodstove put in by the end of October to save on our oil bills. Thank you Suchi for asking about mom. Outland..I haven't even been to the other site in over a week. Tufenuf...I will catch up w/you and Ryno on one of these boards. I miss our scattered family. Bogey..Hope things are going well in your neck of the woods. I have noticed that we have lost some of our sister posters over a period of time. I think that life is just pulling us all in a million directions.  I wish all you gals a blessed Sunday. I need to call my mom and see how she made out yesterday. Quote gypsymama: Evenin ladies.... our wkend was laid back. my honeynut bear (bryan) is feelin better today, it's the drugs the doc gave him. i've had a sinus headache for a few days. am takin benedryll for sinus headache. it works but makes me drouzzy. stayed in my pj's today, just didn't have the energy to get dressed. i've kept bleach water in the kitchen and bathroom sink as a disinfectant, told bryan to wash his hands in that to help with the germs. last night when i got out of the shower, as i was dryin my feet, i lost my balance and fell again. bryan rushed in to see if i was ok, told him yes but will be bruised for a few days. Suchi.... yes, we are that close, we share everything.  [dakota.... no need to thank me for the candles, it comes from my heart.... ryno has taken joined me in this fight. bogey..... things are goin as good as they can Pipps glad you had a good time on your second honeymoon  i told everyone that's why you and Mr. Billy went to disney.luvda.... hope you enjoin San Antonio. Besides Galveston, that was my second favorite place to go to when i wanted to get out of dodge for a few days. shout out daisy, candy, lisa and baby joshua, bonb, CaRo, point, snake, tuf, ryno, sams, greema, giry, joretta and all my other sisters that's mia. have a good evenin and will touch base later. Love, Cheryl Cheryl- Hope you and your hunny bear are doing better.....Ike probably stirred up a lot of stuff and left a lot of allergens......plus the atmosphere has to level out! I love to wash with bleach too.....Our whole house should be white. My little Prince tells me "Momma, our house smells like a swimming pool!" You need to install a springboard in your bath tub so you will bounce back up when you fall! Please be careful....Bryan needs to start taking you in the backyard and hosing you down that bathroom is about as dangerous as walking across a Dallas Highway during rush hour!

I have to tell you all that ever since NBC put Days of Our Lives back in the 1pm time slot (from 2pm), I am now missing quite a bit of B&B. I guess I could tape one (if my VCR cooperates). When I am out, if I have a choice, I would prob tape Days because the storyline is really exciting and I don't want to miss it. I did see on B&B how Ridge decided to raise baby Jack in a mutual way w/ Nick and Katie. Then Katie miscarried. I felt bad for her but it was prob for the best. Donna is still trying to get Eric back and Stephanie and Co. is in the way. I guess I am not missing too much!!I miss you all much more then I miss the show!! Outland has been promoted from moderator to administrator of another site, so I don't hear much form her like I used to. She is well suited for the position and I wish her the best...but I miss her sooooo much!!! Tuf...Enjoy the vacation!! Rynomom...Thanks for stopping by the LCT. I love it when people stop by. It makes me feel good. Has anyone heard from girly? Did she get the job that she interviewed for? Also, Is Daisy doing okay? I did get the note from Luvda about Caramel Rose. I know that I have told you I would get to it. Please don't be mad at me!! I hope someday we can meet up since it is the two of us who live so close to each other. I know that I am going to need your support when I lose my mom. I am selfishly trying to spend as much time w/her as possible at the expense of all my friends because I know our time is limited. I will never get that back. I know Stephanie that you understand this since you have already been through it.  Hi Denise, I do not have your new email address so you'll have to send me an email so I can update. You shouldn't feel selfish with your time, spending that time with your mom is what's important right now. I understand what you're going through, I've been there, done it myself when dad was sick. No need to apologize. I did not get the job. I can share more about that later when we can email. But it's fine. I am a strong believer that everything in life happens for a reason. It's been a busy month; I've been involved in many events that advocate Breast Cancer Awareness, so the time leading up to this month has been equally as busy. I keep in touch with Lisa (daisy) regularly; she's doing well, just very busy at and outside her job. I hear from Robin (Cyan02), who is doing well. Keep praying for her, especially during the week of October 20th when she has testing scheduled. If all goes well, she can be placed on the transplant list. My mom is having a heart catherization on the 23rd, so I'll be praying quite a bit that week!! Wedding plans are coming along, all is done right now that can be done. After the holidays, final decisions for the reception will be made, lots of taste testing involved! Drop me a line with your new email address. Stay strong, be faithful.
