It's been rain, rain, rain non stop along with whipping winds.....The schools here are out today because they have no electricity....Tuffy, I think everyone is going to pass by you and leave a calling card! Hannah is going East and may even send some remnants to see Pippo! and it looks like Ike is coming to see us and possibly Josephine.

good morning my B&B ladies

no baby yet have to go to the doctors at 8:45 in the morning tomorrow their is a good chance that they may be inducing me

my mom left yesterday she was sad cause she thought she would get to see her grandson but she is coming back down after i'm home from the hospital.

haley is being very clingy to me she doesn't want me out of her sight. so i've been having to deal with that. it hasn't been easy.

she's anxious for her brother to get here but i think it's more to the point she dosen't want me to leave her.

if anyone has any advice on how to deal with a 7 year old on this issue i could sure use the help

p.s hope you ladies that are having to deal with the hurricanes are alright & come out of this alright will be praying for you

saw on the weather that your home state is having a lot of rain bands today with tornadoes about. i pray you and yours will be safe!

i have to get my husbands stuff ready for his trip to dallas. he leaves 7a thursday. i must admit i am jealous. i love to travel; don't like being left beind
he will be back late pm on saturday.

Beautiful day in OH-IO. The only thing is its very hot and humid out. Seems like those hurricanes are in such a hurry there are 3 or more heading towards the US. Be safe along the way.

Joretta, i saw on the news that Arkansas is expecting like 20inches of rain. Take care. This has been a very crazy tornado/hurricane season.

its almost over. maybe your daughter is just clingy because her mommy is going into the hospital and is afraid. i know you tell her not to worry, just let her know you'll be alright and she'll be fine. are you staying over more than two or three days if they induce your labor? just take care and by the end of this week, you'll have a little one in arms .

haley came home with her ear hurting and a fever of 101.6 gave her some tylenol & she is watching a movie if there is no improvement by the time my hubby gets home guess will be going to the er.

can't get her into the doctors till next week which sucks but we have to do what we think is best for her.

just what i need on top of everything else.

evenin my favorite sisters.....
thanx to you for your well wishes. we got back home last night bout 6 p.m. we were drained!!!!! we had a bar-b-que sat. with my honeynut bears mama, his sister and husband, and his brother with his wife. jas came for spell but had to leave as his back was botherin him. we learned there was a mandatory evac and i got on line real quick like to get me a room for at least a couple of days. we were gonna leave sun. morn round 1, but went ahead and left round 9 sat. instead. what is normally a 5 -5 1/2 hr drive, turned into a 9 hr. drive. we got to the hotel round 6 sunday morn. our room wasn't ready yet but my honeynut bear did what he does best when worn out.... he told the manager we were on the road for 9 hrs and that he was up for the past 32 hrs., which really he was.

there was a sign on the door that said no vacantcies.... he said he'd sleep in the laundry room if necesssary. she was able to find us a room. we were exhausted. sun. morn when we got up, could not find out the first thing about the shape our area(texas) was in, all they talked about was louisiana. every channel we turned to was louisiana this and louisiana that.

we decided to get out of the room for a while so we went to the riverwalk, the alamo and market square. bryan called someone he works with that lives here(they did not leave) and learned that we were spared. other then havin a curfew from dusk to dawn, all was fine. we packed our things up and left round 2 and got home round 6. i learned that i don't go back to school till thursday. i told my honeynut bear he could take an x-tra day and go back to work wed. he smiled at me and said thanx baby.

jas called me late this morn and said he and elizabeth got back round 10 today. i was happy they made it safely.

wooooo...... looks like i really ranted on huh!?
lisa... it won't be long, just keep tellin your prescious daughter that she will be mama's helper with the baby.

Good to hear all you ladies in mother nature's way are hanging in there! I will keep you all in my thoughts. I have never had to experience anything like that.

My work is always slammed after a holiday weekend so I've been running around crazy all day. Going to go play alittle golf now and release some of the frustration.
