I'll take this moment to mention to those who have not respone that you still have time,if I didn't mention you , no harm made.. you are not forgotten, I just can't remember all of the names, unless I have a list

Hi Caribean:

I am just getting a chance to stop in now. Today I have been so busy. I am reading the Kite Runner and the book is great. I saw the movie first but I was sitting on the book for awhile telling myself that I would start it...and I finally did.

Tonight I made my husband a nice dinner. We had pork chops from a local farmer, yellow squash and green beans from our garden, a sage butter ravioli side dish and a wonderful arugula and red leaf salad with roasted peppers, portabello mushrooms and fresh mozzarella cheese balls drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and grated parmesan cheese.
We also had a glass of petite syrah.

Dessert was Bailey's Irish cream mousse cake.

Boy...Do I sound like a little piggy or what??

Okay...Don't answer that!!!

mornin ladies...
vidor got 6 in of water in the middle of town which we call the four corners intersection. i'm hobbling into to town today for a nail and hair trim, i'm once again moppy top. took off what remainin nails i had left(4) after my spill, will start with a fresh set of nails. my fingertips are so sore, it actually stung them when i used a washcloth and towel plus rinsing some dishes in warm water to put in dishwasher. will touch base later this afternoon. laters.

Yes dear I have been running around with my head cut off all week. Looks like possibly this weekend too.

Bogey is doing great! Toes are all good. I gave him his summer cut last weekend (i.e. 1 inch shave). He looks so cute. Like a little puppy again.

How are you doing? Are you getting ready to hit the road again?

Hello everybody this is my first time in the lounge. I've finally found it lol!

It is so hot here in California! I swear you could bake chicken on the sidewalk!
I also can't wait for school to come back. I've had it up to here being with my brothers 24/7 all month.
