Hope ya'll have had a good day! I did. I took the day off and didn't do a darn thing other than going to the bank and taking the little one to day camp. I came home and slept and slept....I think I must have the African Sleeping Disease or something....I was thinking about having a quiet 4th but hubby keeps talking about going to a pony show with ice-cream and stuff..........I hate to be a party pooper!

Storme is acting up here in Bellingham. He caused the lights to flicker at work. Thought I was going to get to go home but he didn't cause enough damage. I hope he keeps trying. I am ready for the long weekend.

Hope everyone has a fantastic fourth

Well, the holiday weekend is coming to an end and the weather has been nothing but humid, sticky and rainy in the northeast. At least we had some breaks of sun and I was able to use my grill...Thank God!!

My fourth of July was difficult. Mom was very sick from the chemo. She rested in my bed all day and I brought her soup and fruit salad. For my brother and husband, I made the usual grilling goodies. My husband got called into work for two hours because an alarm went off and Hammond Security couldn't reach anyone else on the holiday. At least it was double time and we really need the money. The only thing that annoyed me was that we were just sitting down to eat when the call came in.

im have been going crazy trying to get ahead at work, and trying to shop and pack to get away......

dakota - stay strong!! i spoke to suchi. they were in transit from memphis to new orleans. they will be in austin for a month, san jose till december and then off to home base in st. louis.

greema and bogey - keep stormie on the west coast until july 17. i want nothing but beautiful weather for my trip.

going to finish packing now....everytime i think im done doing laundry, another load appears. it's magic. billy is teasing me because he only has ONE suitcase. (which you all know he didnt pack) but he's coming for 4 days, i'll be gone for 12. plus laptop, ipod, wii, iron....goes on and on. my hat is off to suchi, pack, unpack....oh well...

hope everyone of you had a happy & safe fourth of july we got rain on friday so the fireworks got canceled they had them last night but we decided to stay home & set some off.

we ate at cracker barrel on friday it was good haven't had that for a while last night we ordered pizza.

getting ready to start dinner here in a little while were having fish sticks, shells & cheese & broccoli not sure about dessert yet.

I hope all of our U.S. friends have had a wonderful long Fourth of July weekend.

I've missed you all so much over the last 3 weeks, but, hopefully, I'll be able to return to both watching B&B and chatting with all of you! I've only read the last 5-10 pages of this thread, but am I to understand that the update thread has 'issues' again???

Dakota, I've been away, but you and your mom are still in my prayers.
