Good morning ladies, hope everyone is well and looking forward to a brand new week!! A bit chilly in Central Ohio this morning.

Greetings to Candice, gypsy, kitty, POV, Gypsy, Cyan02, caribean, outland, Luvda, Greema, Suchi, Daisy, dwebster, nanaof8, ladygg and all others I didn't intentionally mean to forget (my 52 year old mind isn't always thinking clearly, especially this early!!), hope you ladies are all happy and healthy to start off the new week.

On a lighter note, Y&R bad boy Brad Carlton was in Columbus OH this weekend. After my daughter and future son-in-law ran in the Komen Race for the Cure on Saturday, they went over to the Giant Eagle and got his autograph and a photo taken with him. I guess he's even better looking in person!!!

I hope all is well with everyone or at least better. I feel for some you ladies going through some tough times right now. I wish I could pass on my good fortune that I have been having lately. I'm at a very happy place right now.But, not too long ago things were dicey for me too. Not my health or a loved one's health, I guess emotional health. Nothing compared to some of you ladies.

Had my granddaughter all day Friday and overnight. She is such a joy. She is a lot of fun, but can be handful when she is tired or thwarted.

I'll be posting later and hope to chat with everyone.

My mom has a mass on her right lung. I am getting her in to see a pulminologist today as an emergency appointment. Her cough had been getting worse and her primary doctor insisted on another xray, which showed a problem, so she had a high resolution CT scan which picked up the mass. The pulminoligist will see her today and most likely biopsy her tommorrow. I won't be able to get on the boards after this,once I have news. They think it is malignant but only a biopsy will be able to tell definately if this is the case.

I really need everyones prayers. I am trying hard to keep it together and am taking Klonopin to stay calm for my mom's sake. I need to stay in control until I know what we are dealing with.

I am so thankful to GOD to have met each and every one of you. I am sorry that I am unable to read everyone's notes but plan to pick them up the weekend. My plate is just so full right now and I know that you all understand.

was a warm one ladies. Tomorrow posed to be in 90's, ouch I am sooooo not ready for summer. Gets to dam hot! Snakedoctor and dakota, hope your keepin your chins up bout your mama's. I lit a candle for you today snake, it's next to dakota's. My honeynut bear went to the doc today, has a swollen leg and hurts to walk on his feet. found out he has gout in his foot. Doc gave him a wrong kind of blood pressure medicine a few backs, and he had a bad reaction to it...... The doc perscribed 5 different meds for him to take and pain pills to help with the hurtin.
He emptied, cleaned and filled the hottub sat., will be all ready for the wkend. Gonna bar-b-que us some ribs, chicken, boudain, and sausage links,and cook up a batch of fresh green beans, they are soooooo good. Shoooo, might even make some homemade ice cream. Can't afford to do any travelin, gas is downright depressing, so is my light bill.
Well, guess i ranted enuff for one night. My baby is callin for me to come to bed. We spoil each other something fierce, not bad for bein married 31 years. Have a good evenin all and will have more speaks later.

Just popping in to see if there is any news on Dakota and her mom. Snake I will be praying for you too.
This year has really tested my faith. I have been through so much I actually feel claustrphobic (sp) just thinking about it.

Than I come here and see that I am not alone. We all have our own troubles and heartaches to face.
I want to thank you all for being there for each other.

it's a muggy 71 degress out.... will reach 90 out today. My honeynut bear (Bryan) is gonna go do some grocery shopping for me today. He's the restless kind, has to be busy all the time.
