Good morning ladies

Hope you all had a lovely and blessed mothers day.
Hubby made lunch yesterday and my sister took my mom and I too Wimpy for breakfast.
My sister and I have more of a mother and daughter relationship than a sisterley relationship.
We both were raised by my gran. I than had to take over from my gran when she became sick.
My mom is back in our lives but I still have too look after her financially, emotionally etc.
Anyway was a lovely day and appreciated being pampered.

Luvda, Outland and girly I want to thank you for having my back on Friday.
You ladies obviously knew I was not online and was there for me.
Sending you an extra big hug (((( ))))).
Oh Nana bless you heart. Happy to hear from you but hope that someone spoiled you yesterday. You deserve it after all the work you have been doing.

Good Monday Morning Ladies:

I hope everyone had a blessed Mother's Day!! I couldn't get on line yesterday to leave a note since my dial up service had busy, busy, busy, phone lines due to Mother's Day. I can't wait to switch to cable. I just don't want any extra expenses right now.

Luvda: I had a bad headache all night and this morning. It is just starting to go away since I took the Excedrin.
I did get on the board Friday but it just doesn't feel the same way unless I get to say a "Hello" to all my B&B buddies. I haven't gotten an email from you in awhile so I figured that you must be busy. Plus, we chat on here and it does take time to go everywhere over the course of the day.

outland: I have enjoyed our phone time and hope that you were able to finalize that letter and send it.

juliet: Glad to see you stopped in. I hope the siatica calms down for you and you become more comfortable.

Sorry I've been MIA. Email is a great way to reach me right now if ya'd like. It was brought to my attention I've had a few "shout-outs" so I do apologize. I'm not ignoring anyone or running away, I've been wicked busy with the semester ending and we were down 1 person. I haven't even had time to read the comments. So, def. not ignoring you....life has been insane. A little disappointed as I was up for a promotion and I was denied it. Now that I've had the weekend to process it better, I'm moving forward.

I'll try and catch up but.... there's a lot to catch up on! I hope you all had an OUTSTANDING Mother's Day!!!!

Gas went up AGAIN here in SA. I really wonder how we are supposed to live with all these increases taking place.

My right eye is sore because my dauighter hit me with the T.V's remote last night. She is really become a handful. she shouts back when you shout at her and hits back when you hit her. I really find disciplining a 1year 5 month old child difficult. Any advice is more than welcome

Mornin daisy, dakota, dweb, ebarnes, out, thin,girly, gettin, point, cyan02, miss kitty, candace,caribean, luvda, suchi.... 13 more days of school left, the chilren are really gettin restless, is time for it to be over. I plan to take 1 room a day and clean it top to bottom, i do this every year. Then I shall attemp to loose weight The bold just isn't like it once was. Yesterdays show was so so. Nothing no longer surprizes me. I had a wunderful mothers day, even tho I had mine on saturday so that I could accomodate Elizabeths mama. Her folks are elderly, I thought it best she spend the whole day or as much as she could with them. Gonna go out on the deck and watch a bit more news for I gotta get ready for work.
