Thanks everyone for the car advise. Here is the latest.

I went to the take all the stuff out of my car and the man from the collison center told me he didn't understand why they totaled the car. He said there was not that much damage but adjusters just don't want to be bothered with the paperwork so the total the car.

AAA is giving me $5100 and the collison center said they would fix the car for $4500. What the heck is that all about? It's just a wait and see game now.

I have been looking on-line for cars at Car-Max. They are not as expensive as the big dealers but still more than I can afford.

Okay, I don't mean to "invade" your thread, as I don't watch B&B..but here's the thing, I would like to start watching the show because Brandon Beemer will be coming to the show...so my question is, and Dakota could prolly be the most helpfull as I know we are in the same time zone...what network airs B&B, and what time slot?

Hello to all you bold and beautiful ladies. I appoligize for not getting back sooner, but I have had my hands full with my mom, my daughter in law, and caring for the rest of the family. I have a break this morning thanks to my son, Terry. I just wanted to stop by and tell all of you how much I miss you and to ask you to pray for ALL of us.
I am taking care of two households as well as for the sick and it is taking most of my time. When I get a chance to sit down it is very late and I don't have the energy to post anything.
I just want to wish all of you a happy and blessed Mother's Day, whether it be mother of human natural children, adopted children, step children, or precious animals. I hope you get the recognition and the thanks that you deserve for the wonderful and unselfish things that you do for your families all year.
I hate to cut this short, but I have so much to cram into this short time, but just remember that all of you are in my thoughts and in my prayers each day, and know that I send love and blessings your way for being such loving and caring friends.
I will be back, but I don't know exactly when right now. Don't forget about me and let me know if anything changes about the boards before I get back. I check my emails late at night (about 12) and I have to get up at 430 to get my son to work, so my mind is asleep most of the time now.

Good evenin my bold mommies: daisy, dakota, girly, thin,erica, candace, miss kitty, outland, d, point of, cyan02. gettin, and my apologies to the rest for not mentionin your names. My son and daughter in law came over for mothers day. Elizabeths parents are elderly and I told her to spend the day with her mama and family, and come over today for bar-b-que. Bryan put a brisket on the pit, omg, was it ever good. I fixed up a pot of mustard greens, mac'n'cheese for the children, and some baked beans. I made them some cookies as well. I packed them up a nice care package to eat later tonight as well. I told them absolutely no gifts, I didn't need nor want anythin. Still, I got a nice box of Lindors chocolates, and some bracelets.... I dress like a gypsylady to school. I love me bracelets. I don't have much to say bout the show this week, ceptin that I thought it in bad taste,(my opinion) that the weddin went forward. Right now, the only thin I care bout is that you all have a safe, happy and wonderful Mother's Day. Take care. Mother's day sugars to you all!
