hi everyone. i am only going to post for a few minutes. i won't bore yall with all the details. i am basically in the same shape as yesterday. i just wanted to come on and say hi and try to respond to a few. i have had to take extra meds again today so i plan to go lay down for several hours in just a few. let me read a little on the site and i will be back. my typing is probably going to get lousey because i feel the meds starting to work. sorry gals.

chicken and dressing, you are teasing me now sussie. all wayne has to do is sign your name on the hippa thing. you know what i mean? all of gary's doctors talk to me. all of mine talk to him. they also have permision from us to talk to my daughter crystal if need be. you need to talk to them cause us southern wives are care givers to our men, right??

Hey Girls ~~~ Big waves from 'HOT' 'DRY' Atlanta! It looks like we're not going to see any rain from Hanna in our area. The Eastern Seaboard is going to get most of it. Batten down the hatches!! hehehe Ike may be a different story. We'll have to keep a watch on his path.

Roe, MaryAnn ~~~ I'm watching 'Stand Up for Cancer' tonight at 8PM. No one has mentioned GNO. So, I guess we'll hold off on it for a while.

well i have read the back post. doesn't look like anyone is on right now but me. i am not in the mood to watch tv so i am going to try to sleep the afternoon away. i haven't heard anyone mention GNO today. are yall still doing it? i like to read those post the next am. yall are too funny sometimes. i can't visit during them much. gary is home and i like to spend everyminute i can with him. i am so thankful god selected such a wonderful husband for me. last night he brought me a present, 2 brand new water hoses!! believe it or not that made my day!! talk with yall later. everyone say prayers about all our hurricanes. yall email me if yall need me and when i wake up i will check them first. nightiy nite, i am going to sleep tight. love raggs

Hi ladies, went for my walk this morning with my friend Sue, we went to a different park to walk. I forgot I am PMSing so my sons came home with the box of chocolate to sell for school, not good in this house. Oh well, just count that chocolate with my points and I will do more walking to get rid of it or just cut down on the rest of my food intake today.Just have to make sure I stay away from it the rest of the weekend. Michael has soccer practice today so I will be missing GH. Gosh, so many rumors out there about the show. Now hearing SB is leaving this October, I am meeting him in October and if he leaves, it's not a good thing to upset me at this fan meeting. I am missing GNO tonight and I also might be missing Stand Up to Cancer which I am upset about. I will have Mike watch it and donate to it. We have a festival tonight and tomorrow but because of the storm(Hanna) I can't make it tomorrow. I have to see if the kids friends want to go after soccer practice. I am so tired today, Mike snored his head off. Before you say anything, those nose strips don't work on him, he snores on his side, stomach, back, and his mouth is closed. He needs to loose weight and until he does, I might be sleeping on the couch more often. Ladies, if I don't speak with you all again, have a great weekend. My east coast friends, be safe with the winds and the flooding.

well ladies it looks like we are going to get hit with the storm tomorrow. i am glad i am not working our employee lat floods out with very heavy rain it gets so bad you need a boat, there were a few times i was happy i drive an suv and i always park at the end of the row so if it floods my vehicle is alright.

maryanne ,roe,ny, mommy and everyone else on the east coast be careful tomorrow. all i can say i hope we dont lose power.

hello again everybody. gosh i am setting a record here on site today. i have visited site 3 times today!

the weather is maybe maybe not here. i haven't watched tv today but when gary comes home any minute we wioll watch. i am sure we will get feeder bend from hannah but it is the next one i am worried about mostly. it seems strange that this time the whole east coast is effeted. i think roe and i were talking the other day about how awful it would be for new york city to have a hurricane. strange times.

Raggs - the chain letters have not ceases, but they have definately come to a trickle versus the bombarding from days long ago.

Thanks to those of you who have signed the guest book for my brother. It means a lot to me that you've taken the time to go online and post a heartfelt note. Once things settle down, I am going to save the entire guest book and make it into a memory/scrapbook for my parents, my brother, me and Dave's son. That way, when we're feeling down and out - we can simple pull it out and be comforted by those who mean so much to us and who were there for us in our time of sorrow.

(I know you guys aren't used to seeing this strong, emotional, sincere side of me .... but don't worry - the sarcasm is still there ... it is just taking a break for awhile).

Man, it was harder to get through to these phone lines than to vote for American Idol! I sat there and hit re-dial for the whole hour with no luck! I'm glad the phone lines will be open for a week.
