Hi ladies, kids enjoyed school today, lets hope the rest of the year goes by this well. Loved the poem, I received it once before and loved it. Had soccer practice too today, now I will be running all the time. Back to the grind. Hope everyone had a good day without their kids like I did although they got out early so the day went by fast. Raggies is fine, she is busy with the farm but she is fine. I thought she was coming online today but I guess she is busy.

I knew I forgot to brag about something. At the soccer practice, the coach came over to me when I was in the car and told me that Michael has so much talent as a soccer player. He said he needs to just learn alittle more but that he has alot of talent and to make sure that he never stops playing because when he goes to high school, he's going to be really good. This coach is from Italy and was proffessional and also taunt in a high school so I was so proud to hear him say that. I know Michael is good but I think that because he is my son but to hear it is a really nice thing. My husband wants Michael one day to become a coach or a gym teacher. So, he's good at soccer and gymnastics, he's definatley my son and not my husbands.

Good morning all. Just checking in to show I'm okay. I've been very busy organizing Erin's birthday party for October 11th. I'm sending out the invitations next week.

Wow (sniffle sniffle) I can't believe she's going to be one already.

At least I have a little more time to myself now that I'm not babysitting three days a week anymore, school started yesterday.

O'h yeah very fuuny story. I thought I was going to have to take Erin to the doctors yesterday because she was coughing alot. Well she's not sick she was mimicking me from the night before because I was coughing up a lung because my water went down the wrong pipe. So now thats all she does cough cough cough.


You do something once now and she picks it up.

well hello my dear friends! hope all is well with each of you this morning. i have some back posting i need to read but i wanted to make sure i had time first to touch base with all of you. most of my questions i have about everybody is probably already been noted on the past several days of postings. i will catch with all of that shortly, today i hope.

well, let me see, fay is gone, flooding was our biggest problem but we made it through all of that. gustav caused alot of tree trash problems for my parents in pensacola and my sister on our farm in alabama. all is well there except my oldest brother that lives with my parents,(he has special needs) has a terrible cold. he works for the local paper and is charge of all the inserts that we get in the paper. i told him his sunday coupons makes all of us happy!! he is so special and precious to me. one day i should share my brothers story with yall if yall are interested.

i am going to post now and start another post so yall have time to maybe read this one.

good morning everyone. raggsies i am happy to hear that you are ok. mommy i loved the story. erin is a year old time flies saw fast this year is her first birthday and when you blink it is her 20th birthday. enjoy eash day because it is going fast. roe that is great news about michael, he must be so proud and i am glad he is away from that other coach. well mitchell went to school yesterday. i asked him how was school all i got is its ok and one of my teachers has to many rules and i couldnt get anything else out of him. maryann i got cali address thankyou. ladies i will talk to you in a little while i will be on and off all day

here i am again...

personally i guess i am doing good. my back has cleared up somewhat. it looks like someone shot me with buck shots! some of the scabs are coming off. all of my stitches are out. this coming monday he is gonna do 17 spots on my legs. i have an appointment with a dermatologist and she is going to do all the ones on my face. looks like 4 is the total but they are kinda big, the size of quarter. they are flat to the skin so hopefully none of them are in the tissue and hopefully they are not malignant. my arms are gonna be a mess. i have alot of things that i called age spots but turns out they are part of this melonoma stuff. my local doctor has also made me an appointment with an onocologist. he says not to worry he just wants to cover every base and he will take them off if i wantd too but wants him to look at me first. this has really all sunk in and although i am happy that i responded to my "maybe this doesn't look good" so we are able to get them all early. my biggest problem is why all of them came out so bad all of the sudden. we are looking at all things, like, i was on vytorin for over ayear and now they say it is causing cancer. i have been off of that for 6 months now. maybe the local spraying of the fields is some of the problem. my exhusband has asbestose and i always watched or handled all of his clothes. well that is all what bugs me the most.

my rsd has been alive and kicking, my jaws and wrists are pretty bad and my left ankle has started this morning. i have been doing alot BUT i have been doing it smart. i am in the house by 11:30 am and i do not go out after that because of the heat. mary ann and roe, i promise you i am taking breaks and i do holler for help if i need it. it is to the point that between the farm chores around the house and all the landscaping chores i need a full time person. gary says that is what the guys are for but it never really works that way. when i am grounded to the bed then they are there for me.

sorry so much about me personally but so many of yall have asked.

now we are peparing for the next 2 hurricanes and both doesn't look good. we are in the cone, and my elderly aunts are on the coast line of jacksonville. gary said we would probably go in friday and stay there for the weekend. if we told them ahead of time they wouldn't allow it. we are gonna have to be a little sneaky about it all.

i need to go "feed up" all my babies out there. oh yeah, maddie and raggs have both been sick again. maddie has gained alot of fluid so she is on lasix. raggs, well she is just not well anymore. she is not in pain but she is never far from my feet. this morning gary shut the bedroom door on her tail and that caused a meltdown. all is fine now.

ok ladies i am going to start my chores then do all my back reading then i will check in again at lunch time. yall might hear from me alot today so just tell me to shut up if you get tired of my posting! love, raggs

hey mommy! that is so cute. i loved the last set of pics. she is adorable. i am so fustrated with me nor gary really knowing how to email our pics from our picture portfolio. it is just really hard to find time to do it too. hopefully soon we can get to it. i gotta run, yall have a pumpkin of a day. ( i have some planted and they are the size of grapefruit. i planted white, regular, and carving ones. i also ordered some seeds for gigantic ones. they are planted but not much growth there. hey fun today!!

Time to rise. I won't say 'shine' yet because I know a lot of you have to get the kids off to school before you can sit a minute and savor that first cup of coffee. But, I know you'll ALL be 'sparkling' before long.

Hey, we've got a new movie coming out on Sept.12th called "The Women". It looks like it's going to be a fun chick flick. It stars Meg Ryan, Annette Bening, Debra Messing, Jada Pinkett Smith,
Bette Midler, Candice Bergen, Carrie Fisher and Cloris Leachman, to name a few.

On a more serious note, I'd like to request that you all devote one hour tomorrow evening to watching "Stand Up to Cancer" which is being simulcast on CBS, ABC and NBC at 8pm/East-7pm/Central. There will be many celebrities lending their voices to this very important program, so you will be entertained and educated at the same time. Almost all of us have been touched by Cancer, in some way, whether it be ourselves, family members or friends. We need to do all we can to support this worthy call to action so that we can finally stamp out all forms of this devastating disease. I ask it, as a cancer survivor, and in tribute to my wonderful Oncologist, Dr.Scott Kamelle.

hi again everybody. did i scare or bore everyone this morning?? i wam finished up with everything and i was hoping to catch up on everyone but my rsd is really bad right now in my jaws. i can barely open my mouth. it makes my head hurt too. sorry to say that i am sick all the time. i do have many good days. hope everyone has a great productive day, if not well the day is almost over.

Hey Mary Ann ~~~~ I'm watching tomorrow night also. You are so right. Cancer has touched all of our lives, and even though 'Modern Medicine' has come along way, there is still no cure!
