I am definately not a Red Sox fan so I will route for Tampa Bay. Went to the gyno, he said I looked good and was fine but I put on some weight just what I wanted to hear, I already knew that. Next week, I am going to really get back into my diet, exercise, the works because when I take pictures with Steve Burton in Oct. I want to look good. I am not up in the clouds yet, get back to me Maryann the week before I go, I probably won't be functioning too well. My friend Sue calls to tell me she is having her Halloween party (tradition) on Oct. 18th, I told her that's nice, I won't be there and she freaks out on me, I told her I have more important things to do.Anyway, she said it's ok if I come around 5-6pm since it really gets started later in the day. Mike is not going to be thrilled to miss some of it and the kids but hey, I have more important things to do that day.

Hi Girls ~~~~ Sorry I didn't check in earlier. DM ~~~ I was so sorry to hear Cali's brother is in the hospital. I have them all in my prayers. Isn't he awfully young to be having heart problems? I know......'Heart Problems' never discriminates!! I pray he's better soon. I pray Cali has a safe trip to AZ, then home again. Bless her heart. She has so much on her plate. Hey Roe ~~~~ October 18th is our daughter Sarah's 23rd birthday. I am so excited for you to get to see Steve Burton in person. Johnny Z. is pretty sexy also. It would be so neat if NY and Gval could meet up w/ you and Audrey. Since we all can't be there w/ you, take lots of pic's, then send us copies!!! And....we want details! hehehe

Hey Auntiep ~~~~ Did I understand your post correctly? The new doctor says Sarah is NOT Autistic?????? WHAT?? How many years has her 'old' doctor been treating her for it??? Don't get me wrong.....I think it's fantastic news that Sarah doesn't have it. I'm just wondering.....what the old doctor missed w/ her symptom's, that the new doctor picked up on!! Did the new doctor say what Sarah does have? Or, does he have to run more tests? Did Sarah pitch the usual fit in the car when going to the doctor? Did she seem comfortable w/ the new doctor? I know....'Susie, Hush! You're asking too many questions!' hehehe I'm just so excited for you and Sarah! I pray w/ the correct diagnosis and treatment plan, Sarah starts to improve and enjoy life. I can see our Lord's 'handiwork' at play here!!!

Hi everyone. Cali update.
I just had a text from her and they have put her brother on a respirator. In her words, it doesn't look good. She said to thank you all for your prayers and to please keep them coming. Iam not sure if she was at the hospital or at her folks place. I figure I will give it about another hour and then give her a call. I will keep you all posted as soon as I hear.

goodmorning everyone, yes it is me finally. first off, cali i am there for you if you need me. i am praying for you, your mother, and your siblings. hope your brothers family is able to be with him right now. keep in touch.

i have finally caught up with my email sand most of my chores. cleaning up after a flood is a messy thing. no water in the house but the barns were a mess. we lost alot of our feed. we are not in a low area but there was just way too much rain over several days. as of yesterday we had another bad thunderstorm and the weather alert guys it was still from the outer bands of fay, like one last pounch. all our georgia gals i am thrilled that yall got some.

speaking of hurricanes and storms, gustav, it looks really bad for new orleans. i do not feel like the pumps are ready to handle that much rain it could produce. many of the little towns do not have a levy YET. what is wrong with the leaders of this area. i would "camp out" on every political big shot who is responsible for them not having what they needed. needless to say i am praying for them, especially that they will heed the warnings.

mom and dad who live in pensacola, i am concerned about them too. dad made a trip to the hospital the other day by ambulance. went home that night, bugged mom to death about him being able to go to biloxi to do his gambeling gig. he won and he left at 10:30pm night before last and came home at 11am yesterday morning. never gambeled in his life, thought all of that stuff was foolish. when he retired he said he didn't like fishing or golf and he was heading to bioloxi to try gambeling. he plays the slots and actually does real good but he never says says how much money he put into the 1.00 and 10.00 machines. god is the only one that can help him.

i just took maddie for her walk and me on my grasshopper-snail-rolipoloi walk. every morning since fay i have to check all my inventory cause these insects are driving me nuts! they can get on a leaf and 5 leaves will disappear before you know it. my flower beds and project plants make me happy and give me an out of the lonliness i feel daily. it is almost like "how dare you guys try to destroy my plants". i have to go to town to put in our feed orders and i am going to get some new type of stuff to attack them.

it feels so good to be able to come to our site this morning. thanks mary ann and roe for helping me out when i couldn't wish all of you a great day. i hope to be back from town by lunch but i kinda doubt i will be able to come back on. gary has a bad head cold and his cough is back so i am going to do everything i can to help him out with his evening chores. tomorrow we get to go see chad and yippie i am excited. talked to him yesterday and they (the guards) had just finished a lock down search all and he was kinda upset that they the inmates had to go through this again. no weapons or drugs found, all inmates were clean on their body searches. they just make a big mess of the sleeping dorms because they open everything up and dump it on the floor. chad says he understands their job but he just feels raped by the time it is all over it. i told him atleast his normal guards are nice and understanding. anyway i think a visit will do him good too.

ok, sorry so long but i have enjoyed sharing our news with yall. email me if yall need me, i try to answer them first everymorning.

hey, its me again. i wanted to share something with yall. while taking my shower i was trying to think of a way that we could help cali. you know it does get fustrating at times when we can't go visit her and her family like we would any dear friend. cale, on some of her last post made mention again about the "chain letters". i know personally that she is fustrated with them due to the fact that she gets so many and she has no time to respond to these. i think she gets these from several different sites that she corresponds with. how about if we all double check our automatic email listings and make sure that she is in our "contacts" list but not on the automatic email thing??i am not sure what the computer name of that device is but i am sure yall know what i am talking about. at least that would free up her emmail some and help her with her fustration. of course we still need to email her and let her know we are thinking about her and such. i hope all of you understand what i am talking about, no hurt feelings and all. we all love each other and we want to help each other especially in time of need. lets all go check our email status today. thanks for listening, love, raggs

Good Friday morning, ladies!
I've been up and out early this morning so I could get home by 9am. Dmom and I are staying close to computers and phones in case Cali calls or emails. The situation there is very serious, as Dmom has already told you.

I got a short email from Cali this morning at 4:30am. She said things are not looking good. Please continue your prayers for all of them. We must keep the Faith and hope for the best. I replied back to Cali and told her all of her PALS gals are praying for them. I hate that I'm so far away and can't be there to support her.

Hope you all have a safe and fun-filled Labor Day weekend. It's supposed to be great weather here for most of it.

Raggs, it was good to hear from you again. It sounds like you're pushing yourself to the limit again. Bad girl!

Gval-yeah, a little clouds won't make me complain today! We've been blessed w/gorgeous weather. It just means I"ll be in cleaning today and doing laundry. I've been busy w/the kids, going to the schools and getting supplies. I"m almost done, and really looking forward to getting them back to school!!

Well, I'm gonna try to come bk on later. Tomorrow, we are going to make tomato sauce at my Mom's house, so it will be a long day.

hello everybody, just wanted to wish all a special weekend. i found out today that my ex is going to see chad tomorrow, well gary and i are still going to see him. we usually all get along. i heard from cali a few minutes ago, everything about the same. she appreciates our prayers and says she will come on site when she can.
