susie, i owe you some recipes and i am going to make a bigger effort to get them to you. my pickle pears look so pretty in the jars. we will test them in about 6 weeks. i am so proud of you for saying no to your daughter. you and wayne need a break from the kids. maybe keep them just once a month for their parents to have a night off. not the whole weekend, just one night. you do say yes a little too much don't you?!? okay i am going to log off here and send you the email with recipe for pickled pears now. i will be back in a few.

Well, good morning all you early birds! Sorry I'm so late. Been doing little chores myself. Another cup of coffee sounds good, but it will have to wait till I get back from downtown.

Our weather is beautiful today. Very 'Fallish'. Cool and sunny. They say our nights are going to be down in the 40s for the next few days. We're keeping a close eye on 'Fay', too. If she gains strength and becomes a hurricane again, we could be affected next week. Susie and Rock, I hope you benefit in GA from some of the rain, without the damaging winds.

Raggs, hope you feel better soon. I know this latest bout must be wearing on you. You're in my prayers.

GOOD MORNING LADIES its 10:00 in new york i am at work and everything is back to normal. the only work i have on my deak is my work. i havent read all the posts yet since this is the first time iam on line for about three weeks, but i missed you all so much. right now i am for my younger son to call me so i could pick him up from school. he had to go in for his picture id and classes. my older son was to drive him to school and wait for him to bring him home and i woke both of them up at seven this morning. well they both fell back to sleep and jon was only able to drop him off so i have to go pick him up. well i got the call talk to you ladies later

Raggs bless ya-- with all ya got goin on you are thinking about me. Take care of yourself, and I am praying every thing goes okay. I can't believe you have to go through all you go through. Did they say the cancer was too much exsposer to the sun, or did you have a lot of ex-rays--I had only one mole removed. They put you asleep for all of them didn't they?
Sarah still doen't feel good, she had a bad day yesterday, she was throwing up, then she fell asleep until 9:00 pm then she didn't go to sleep till 2:00 am. She still woke up gagging I hope it is just a flu bug, dad was throwing up Monday and had to go to the ER. His blood preasure shot up.

hi auntiep i havent been on for a while i am sorry to hear sarch and your father dont feel that well. just from this page it sounds like they have the same thing. i hope they get better fast. you must be so tired. once they get better try to take a rest. i know you have your hands filled i pray all the time for god to give you the srenght with everything you have to handle

Good morning all!!!! How is everyone?
It's alittle cooler today. Now if we could get rain.
August is not my month. I fight depression. My son would have been turning sixteen on August 30th.
I have to keep moving forward and keep being positive.
Which isn't easy. At all this time of year.
I did post yesterday. I'll try to come on more but, right now I am just trying to keep myself from thinking too much-- which isn't easy.
