Thanks Raggs--What you said about wishin you could be there to help us out, or just get together-- I wished we could-- I would love to meet ya'll. But I am boughed down with my daughter and parents--
I am so glad that there is some of us that have gotton together-- or gabbed on the phone.
My brother for along time tried to get me to get a computer-- I bocked at the idea-- I thought they were inpersonal-- and that I would raither hear someone's voice over the phone, then type a message on the computer. I thought chat rooms were horrible with all kinds of nuts in them.
I hate to say it-- but I had to own up to my brother and tell him he was right. I have found ya'll here in the best and cleanest chatroom. With mama Raggs watching over us all.
When something happens good or bad I think I have to tell the girls. You are my liveline-- I am I guess a shut-end-- Only goin to town for food, pay bills, and the doctor. Thank you from my heart-- Love ya'll-- Take care, stay safe, and God bless ya'll--If we can't t get together here, maybe one day we will be able to up in heaven.

Auntie, I hope everything goes well with you and Sarah. Your gesture was a good one with the 9/11 memorial that was brought up many times here in NY. The families of those who have died do not want a special day named after them to honor those lost. This is what was said in the newspapers a few years back, Pearl Harbor is when we were attacked and at war. 9/11 happened to innocent people who just went to work we were not at war so they feel that they don't want this day called a special name. I am just stating what has been in our papers many times. I have friends lost on that day and I asked a friends mom about it and she said that she didn't want a name for it either, it will always just be 9/11 to her. My flag(s) have been flying since that day.Too bad more aren't.


Thank you Roe, I will honor the people wishs and not contact anyone.

Hi Girls,
I messed up and didn't realize the party I was going to was tonight. I'm so sorry to have to miss GNO, I was really looking forward to it. Have fun and hope to join you another night. Unless of course you ladies will be up late, then I can check in after I get home.

Raggs-I love hearing of your miracle book. What a wonderful idea. I feel lucky that we are all part of this book of prayers-you are a good hearted friend and I thank you for thinking of us, as usual. My girlfriend is a strong girl, just hit w/too many things all at once. She's going on vaca w/her parents (hubby staying behind since he has sick mom) next month and going on a pilgrimage to a holy place near Croatia. I feel this will be what she needs. I told her to first be thankful, she did infact come thru her BC well. Things could have gone worse.
If you or anyone comes to NY, you can be sure I'll be here w/open arms! It would be great to get us all together one day. Maybe Cali could arrange it. Oh yeah, hi-5 to Gary---wink,wink! You go girl!!!!

Roe-I'm going to ck out the pix, hope I find it this time! And yes, everyone should have their flags out, especially since we are still at war. I always stay home on 9/11 and watch the memorial ceremony, even though I can barely see thru the tears. But I'm grateful that my family came home safely from NYC that day. You know, my hubby was scheduled to start a job in one of the towers the following day? THe company he used to work for back then was all over the city and the financial district was a common place for work. I thank God every time I think of it.
By the way, I love gyros too!!! Where do you guys go?

Alfie-definitely need some toys! Listen to Raggs, there is a definite health factor there. Maybe you can host a party for your friends? Or shop online if that's better for you.

Auntiep-I think you feel as we all do about this site. We are all grateful for the opportunity that we have been given to connect w/such lovely people.

Hi, I went to walmart .it even plugs in you can even leave it out in the open,no one would even think any thing about it.Dr. Scholls puts them out. you can find it I think over where all the medicine is.and it like I said plugs in.and lasts has LONG has you want it to .you dont get OH! I hope you were finished.you dont have to listen to their mouth.

HI Ladies, hope most of you will be online tonight. I can't stay on long, I have the car service picking me up at 5am and I have to get the kids to sleep as well. Doing last minute running around in my house so I can sit and relax with all of you. I am going to miss all of you and I am so use to talking to you all everyday that's it's weird that I won't be again for a week. I know I will be having a great time but even when I was in South Carolina, I was wondering what was going on. See what you girls do to me? Talk to you all at 8pmEST.

Where is everyone? It's 8:12pm and I can only stay on until 9pm because I have to get the kids to sleep and I also want to watch the new season of Monk and then go to bed. I am so excited that I don't know if I can sleep. I am drinking tonight, Arbour Mist the Sangria flavor, not bad.
