Good morning MaryAnn ~~~ I woke up a few minutes after 6AM this morning and went into 'panic' mode.....thinking Wayne forgot to set his alarm for work! B4 I woke him up it hit me.......IT'S SATURDAY!! So, I got up and tinkled, then went back to bed for a 'nap!' Woke back up at 10, got up and made coffee, grabbed the bottle of Ibuprofen, and here I am!! Like you.....this site is the first thing I come to in the morning and the last thing I do at night. Would you say we're 'addicted?' hehehe |

Hey DM4 ~~~ Don't forget your 'sunscreen' today! hehehe It's going to be a pretty day here. The sun is out bright and supposed to be in the 70's. I have to run Wayne's truck over to the local auto shop for oil/filter change. Hit the grocery store. Probably do A LOT of venting, ranting, raving once I get back due to price increases on everything! hehehe Wayne just sits there and listens. Once I'm through he looks at me and ALWAYS says the same thing....'And your point is????' AARRRGGGHHHH!! I keep telling him....'It's your job to be my 'sounding board!' hehehe Lady Bird listens pretty good and she's got my 'AARRRRGGGHHHH!' don't pat!! |

(We haven't done this is a while!) The fair sounds like fun. Like Susie said cover your sunburn or make sure to put sunscreen on. You don't want to get a burn on TOP of your burn. Not a good thing. You and lilD should wear hats, too. It's easy to get sunstroke. Also, bring water with you. Don't need you two getting shriveled up like prunes. (Don't I sound like a mother??) As for Cali's late hours, she said that it's so HOT during the day, they find it better to sleep in A/C house during day and then do all their projects and errands in the cooler evening and night hours. I was there last year. Trust me, she's right!! She lives in a desert town and it was in the 100+ degrees every day. Thank God she has the A/C and the pool. Well, you and lilD have fun. Good afternoon ladies, what a beautiful day it is here in NY. I hope it stays this way for awhile. I had margaritas last night and I toasted you guys sorry I missed all the fun but hopefully, this Friday, I can join you. I have friends coming over tonight just to hang out and relax and they have kids so they can play with mine and us adults can just drink and munch out, should be a nice evening. Well, I hope everyone has a great day and a great weekend. I will try to come online tomorrow sometime. |
