Sorry!! Didn't mean to post twice!! I had to rekey comment because of using an 'inappropriate' word, and since it was slow to post (guess they were editing again), I hit to post it AGAIN!

Seems like once I found everyone... everyone was gone Although this is going to be a pain flip flopping back and forth AND will bring down our popularity out there as the ruler of the comments page, I do like the idea that no one can complain here in the chat about us discussing personal info. It has been a pleasure talking to all of you. And I do still plan to post on the GH comments as well!

Mommyof1, I hope you are still on and came over to the lounge. I don't want to see you leave the site because of one person. I am glad you stuck up for me. What you did for me is the same way I joined up and stuck up for Sapphire when she was being attacked. I am just the type to handle people in a different way. I felt she was out of order for coming across that way but that's to be expected. Her message in DAYS was not nice at all. I used to chat in a soap chat YEARS ago and have 2 very good personal friends that are in NY now from it. But it got crazy and people complaining about different stuff and I left the chat in 1998. This is the first time I've joined in since then. And if you have a messenger of any sorts, I have a yahoo messenger and msn so you can talk to me anytime!

I have no idea where this person came from. If you flop over to the Days comments section, she sent me and NicFan7 a very ugly message and then I'm assuming she figured out we were GH fans and came over there. As soon as I showed up, she had to tell me again what she needed to say. I was at home saying some not so nice words but I refused to get caught up in the war of words with a non regular to our site. I was kind of wondering if it was the person who was messing with Sapphire previously. I hope mommyof1 comes back to. Dakota did not speak for any of the rest of us. So... I got back from the bball game. It was a girls varsity game? I feel alittle obligated to go since three are freshman and my daughter played with them the last two years.

They were a welcoming bunch, except for 2 of them from last year. They didn't know how to deal with a younger player coming to their team last year and pretty much bullied my daughter. My daughter's a pretty good athlete so instead of trying to beat her on the court, they decided to bully her scared off the court in school. Let me tell you, that did not sit will with me. I made sure my daughter threw their bulliness right back at them. Now, they know better. Besides, I think it all came down to them being intimidated by her. Right now, they should be thanking her, because if she didn't join their team, they wouldn't have improved any. Boy, did they bust their butts last year cause they sure didn't want my daugther taking their starting positions. My daughter was their sixth-man.

Anyway, the varsity team is #1 in our section. They were tied for first place until they beat the other team today, putting them on top. Exciting!

Oh I don't blame you for that. I wouldn't let anybody do that to my sons either! So it sounds like they are headed to the playoffs. Amazing they don't realize her contribution to the team is the reason they are where they are. My son had a game today. He is the shooting guard but they made him play point today. The point is a BALL hog and always misses. He makes me so mad every game. They won by 1 point, on my son's three pointer. BIG PROUD MOMMY!

GHRocks23 I'm thinking Dayota is someone that has just been reading and never post or if she did it was rare. And for some reason felt it her duty to tell someone what to do. And yes I think its kinda cold to go off on sweet as pie Alfie. Its like this you had a right message but you delivered it in a wrong way. So now people disregard what you were trying to say & focus on what you did. And then she got upset after she singled out a person. And efizzle as someone who has had that done on here before. I would say if you dish it out you better be ready to take it.

Hey I see we were talking about dogs today and I don't mean Dakota... just kidding

I have two mini-schnauzers. I bought my first one for my daughter, but she was so tiny that I kinda took her from Casey. Oops! It was good though, because having her helped me with letting go of my baby. Nixie is about 20lbs and the size of a 6-month baby. Trust me, I carry her like one too. It was like having another baby again, except it wasn't. You know what I mean. She's so smart and sometimes too smart for her own good. Everyone just loves her.

Our second one, is Siinco. She is much bigger and this time around she was to be Casey's. What a mistake. The dog is dumber than a box of rocks and Casey didn't train her at all. She's pretty, but DUMBBBBBB!!!!

My husband seems to think that Siinco is much like how a real dog would be and that maybe Nixie is the exception. He says she's the weird one. In fact, he says Nixie thinks she's human, that she is a sorry excuse for a dog. He loves them I know he does.

kiakia, I do my best to ignore stuff like that but being that I'm going through that emotional time of the month, I had to respond. But I did not want to be ignorant about it either you know?? As my mom once told me, it's all about how you say things, not what you say. I'm cool but I am worried mommyof1 won't come back because of it and I hope not. I haven't talked to Alfie much but she seems sweet and I didn't like that comment to her one bit. I don't know how they do it in other chat rooms, but we don't provoke fights. We do disagree but in a friendly way because everyone is entitled to their opinion. for the most part, we are ALWAYS respectful to each other.

I know you must be so proud! At least she can have the opportunity to go to the WNBA now. I used to play as a teenager but I blew out my knee and that was it. My dad was a big time ball player here in the early 70s and I had to live up to being his daughter. PRESSURE!!! But we haven't been that close as I got older and I was so glad to see him show up for his grandson's game today. I gotta say, my baby is pretty good. Someone came up to me after the game and asked "is that your son?" I said yes and he said "Man, he's got a sweet shot!"
