yeah did my workout. i use a pedometer each day to count the steps i take, and i usually hit 10,000 steps (5 miles) or more a day, mostly by walking and working out. i waited until the last minute to up my numbers for today. at midnight, the steps start at zero again.

Hey fraigle ~~ Great to see you! You must've read the other posts on the other site to know we were over here to continue chit chatting on non-GH stuff. JC/Julie must've gotten some complaints that we were utilizing the other site for more than GH talk!?!? Her post to us is on page 37 of TODAY'S comments. We had one 'non fan' come on the site bashing a few of us for ALL our personal comments we were posting! She ruffled a bunch of our feathers!! I think some of the other shows are jealous on how many posts we've been having the past few weeks!?!?

yeah as susie said, someone ruffled some feathers and now the gh daily update boards aren't as fun anymore so we're gonna get as many people as possible to join us over here and chat about non-gh stuff. it is crazy.
some of us are on yahoo messenger if you and susie know how to get on, or if you have a yahoo email ID, i can try to get either of you up and running. we had a blast talking online live today - soo much better than the posting, and we did a conference with a few of is. really wild.

yeah dakota was no so nice. efizzle and i went over to the days site to chat about days (makes sense right). apparently she thought we posted spoilers and didn't like our conversation so she wrote us there and on our gh site. susie, mommyof1 and alfie all jumped to our defense and efizzle and i wrote back to her. now i hear they are trashing aussie (who does post in the days site) and us for what we did to dakota. it's like, come on grow up, it's only a freaking show. it's unreal.
have either of you ever heard of the country group emerson drive? they have a song out called "moments". it's an amazing song, about someone wanting to take their own life and a homeless man comes along and tries to get that person to remember the good things in this person's life, and succeeds. it's a touching song. just sitting here watching the video on GAC (great american country) video music channel. i love that song.
