I want to thank everyone for their prayers at the time of
our loss of my dear nephew Blaine...They had a full Military Funeral for him...I can not even put into words
what it was like...Overwellming...I suppose...

Any how on to some good news my Step-daughter will be flying up the first week in August with our new addition
this past May..so we will be able to see our granddaugter
for the first time...Addison Rae...we are looking so forward to that...

My daugter is due in November she is having another Girl...
her third they have choose the name Ruby Jean for her..So we will be planning a baby shower before you know it..

Raggies...My dear friend...Kidney stones are not a pleasant thing...I have had them...with your everyday pain
that you normally have...you don't deserve them...I also want to thank you for sharing your strength with us..I also went through something very simialr...but thankfully not as violent...you are one amazing women...

Got an email from Roe this morning. She asked me to tell you all that they're having a relaxing vacation...just what they needed. She sends a big hello to all of you.

This day is getting better and better. I've had two deliveries of flowers, several phone calls and lots of birthday emails and it isn't even Noon yet. What great friends and family I am blessed with, and you gals are at the top of that list. I love you all !

hello and happy july 1st!! gosh, it will be christmas before we know it. yes, i am ready for the cold temps, just not the snow on you guys.

bonnie it was so good to hear from you. i was away when your nephew died but ma and roe told me about it. my deepest sympany's to you and yours. i bet that was a wonderful service honoring him. my dad will have 2 military funerals in 2 different states. i am sure it is overwelming. bless you hon? how is hubby doing? and your work with those wonderful kids? miss you.

roe is having a wonderful time and i wish i could see them all "beach decked out"!!!

i am having some of our fresh cantalope this morning and it is so sweet. all we have left to harvest is cantalopes, watermelons, banna peppers, and hot peppers. that is from our fields. everything in my yard garden is done and in my freezer. most of my tomatoe's rotted in the heat wave but that is ok. i did get some up. the field tomatoes did good and they got shipped off last week. i am not sure about our fall crops. with daddy in the shape he is in i don't think i am going to plant anything. gaary says he might take the fall off too from the fields. of course we will still be getting hay rolls from the back 40 acres. all my "guys" here on the farm are doing fine. no one sick. we have all the bulls seperated from the misses so i don't expect any births until we let them out to date in the spring. one eyed jack greets me everymorning with a shuffle dance!!the p's are doing good but the heat is working on them and they don't come out during the day much. i think cal thinks he is a rooster though. he herds the other chicks around.yesterday morning after i got back from the doctors sadie had kicked her pen door open some how. she and maddie were laying under my weeping willow tree when i got home. i think she misses daisey, remember her the calf i raised with sadie?, i don't know if i could even pick her out by sight in the herd now. she isn't that lonely, the dwarf goats keep her company. danny has been out in the fields with the crew and tractors cleaning up some of the fields this morning. i miss seeing him around the barns.

doctor says i still have a few more stones to pass if the medicine doesn't disolve them. well, i tell you what, i think the stone train is on time because i am not comfortble right now. i am doing what i am suppose to do but i know in the end this sucker is gonna hurt coming out. hope it is this morning, i need to do some sewing for ali.

okay, while most of yall have been getting reay for your day, or sleeping, i have been running off at the mouth...nothing unusual. i am going to try to watch gh on youtube on the computer since our cable stuff is still out. no tv has been boring. wake up all my "chickidies"!!

good morning raggsies. i am fine alittle tired but i think that is mostly because of the warm weather. i have been working about 12 hrs a day but it is not bad. my husband is still home and he has been cooking everynight since i work late. i think it is getting to him. well to bad he started this whole thing. i told him that he doesnt have to cook that i would do it when i get home and the boys would have to wait. last couple of days he hasnt said anything to me. does it bother me NO what can he do leave WHO CARES LOL!!
mitch hasnt been doing much none of the kids in the neighborhood come out so he has been home i feel bad for him, but what can i do he will be fine.
raggsies you could go to abc.com and watch gh and they are full episodes. how is everyone else doing?

hey gval, everyone else is ok. gary and i are just plain tired. ready to downsize or something. we are getting to old to be handeling a place as big as this. would like to just take off and go anytime we wanted too. danny is a big help but he can't do all of that either. i would like to know that the last 3 years of his"working" life isn't spent dogging it everyday here at home too. if we did, it would take 3 years after retirement just to get on a normal livivng pace. we are discussing alot of options right now.

well i guess kids now adays with the games and computer stuff just entertain themselves alot. we use to do all kinds of things outside. it is hotter now than back then too. does he like to read? if so what? most boys are not really into reading.

i can't believe he is still there. i bet he blames you for the fact he can't seem to move out. what a jerk, i still feel like he needs to go to a doctor. the underneath stress of not knowing what is going to happen must be silently killing you. maybe he needs a "date" to move out so he can visually prepare himslef. he is dragging but. even if he takes a room in someones house as a boarder. atleast he would be out. hang in there.

we should hear from daddy's doctor today since he is going there. this is the first appointment since daddy came out of the hospital. my brother is going with mom to help her with daddy. so far mom and terry are hanging in there. i worry about terry because he can have meltdowns kinda easy but so far he has been very helpful and strong, god bless his soul. my older brother kenney who lives 3 miles from my parents and is now retired from the fire department, well he has not tried to contact anyone in about 20 years now so i guess he will just read it in the obituraires,. the newspaper is how mom learned that she had great grandbabies and that her grandchildren were married. guess i will never know what happened there, no one seems to know. have a good day and try to rest alot this weekend, hope you don't have to work the entire weekend.
