hello all you special ladies. this will probably be my last post for a few days. crystal does have her laptop but i am not sure what all she will be able to get for me so i can use it. remember i am computer illerate, but better.
auntiep, please don't play around with the heat. your mom isn't going to do well if she starts getting really hot. tell her to try cotton balls if the noise gets too bad for her. i just checked our outside thermometer and it said 104. that is on the shade on my front porch. maddie walked out and then turned around and walked back inside.

i just woke up from a nap that i needed but time wise i should have not taken! the phone woke me up and it was a man that we had just cancelled his account with us for corn feed. gary called at lunch and told me to cancel it and he told me why and told the man too. now this guy calls thinking i dont know about it and is trying to get emergency feed out of here today. this feed he resales so it wasn't for his cows. gary found out this morning that he abuses his immigrants and most of them are illegal anyway. he runs a store for them and they stay in "credit" to him and they don't ever have anymoney. most of them probably don't understand. his markup is around 400%. gary cancelled his account with us and told the man he was gonna call immigration and agriculture which he did. the man was just a sweet talking me then i busted him. you never heard so much foul talk in all your life from this man. like those words were gonna beat me up or something. that man is a real pain in the butt for everyone. i am hoping that the other immigrants around here take his guys on and then maybe they can get some help. most of them probably ran. oh well, i can't make everyone happy around here.

i got tofinish packing but i will get back to yall as soon as possible. so everyone keep your spirits up and i am going to be telling my daddy stories about each and every one of you. yall are my gems!!!! talk to yall in a few days.

So I am so happy to hear Raggs is on her way back to see her daddy and tell him stories of us all and maybe GNO and how we all found each other here, most of us from the GH comments board and how they made our pals chatting place for us cause we kept getting off topic there with personal stuff. I believe God had a hand in that (God and JC Robinson) so we could all be her for each other during the highs and the lows and the tears and the laughter. Certainly divine intervention. Oh gosh, do you think Raggs will tell daddy about Cali and the switch???

Anyway., Just when you think it might get easier..it doesn't. So I am grateful to you all. thanks all of you for the love and the group hug.

Gval, sorry to hear about the fire. That must be strange to drive by an empty space on your way to work. Thank goodness nobody was still in it.

NY, between Roe's and your schedules, my head's spinning and I need a nap after reading your posts. Hope you both enjoy your get-aways. Wish I was going, too. My trip is just for one-day and I come home the next morning, but it's exciting, all the same.

Before I forget again, Do any of you remember the "Dr. Quinn: Medicine Woman" show and "Doc" with Billy Ray Cyrus? Well, if you have DIRECTV, GMC (Gospel Music Channel) just started having them on every weekday.
Dr. Quinn is on at 5pm and 6pm (2 episodes, back to back) and Doc is on at 7pm. I used to watch them both, faithfully, and I'm so glad to see them back. They started them right from the beginning and the episodes are running in sequence. I get GMC on Channel 338 on my DIRECTV. It may be different in your area but it's worth checking out. It's all decent, family oriented shows.

Alfie, did they catch up with Autumn's ex yet? I've been watching the news but haven't heard anything about it. Is this happening in TX? I hope she and the kids are well protected from him. I pray that they find him before he hurts any other child.

Mommieof1, sounds like you made a very nice Father's Day for Jeff. I'm sure he was happy to just relax at home with you and Erin, his pride and joy. How great that he's getting a leave and you can all take a trip. Have fun and let us hear all about it when you get back.

Good morning everyone. I am finally or should I say as final as I can to having everything packed and ready to go. I just hope the weather will be nice in South Carolina. This is a much needed vacation for all of us but mostly Mike who has had a rough 2wks with work and of course the passing of his mom. I was doing more work at her house and will go back today to drop off some stuff that I bought for packing.

What a night it was, cried my eyes out last night watching the special on Barbara Walters with regards to Farrah. Brings back all that we went through with Dee. I enjoyed her so much and followed all that she went through. Michael Jackson was another shocker, watched that special too before Farrah. I told my sister 2 big stars died on your birthday, a day not forgotten.

Sorry, I have not been uptodate with all your lives. Glad to see that everyone is around to help everyone else out. Glad to see you back mommyof1, cjmom, and sapphire, keep coming back, we love to hear all your stories. Mommy, still want to see some new pictures of Erin. This is the fun time now so enjoy it.

Raggies, I am glad that you shared your story with the girls. As you all now know that raggies is a strong woman who has been through more than her share. God always takes care of those who needs it and he will be with you during this time with your dad. Have a safe trip.

NYDRAMA, my kids have been in the house playing on the computer so that's why I have not been online. They battle each other on some website called Roblox which is a safe website. Yesterday, one of Joey's friends came over but he brought his laptop so they were all on the computer. Can't wait to get away so they will go outside and play. I pray it won't rain there or we are so in trouble.

GVAL, glad noone was hurt in the fire. Unreal.

Maryann, glad the car is good. I know how stressful that is, went through it last year when they had my care for 2wks and I had a rental, drove me nuts. Amazing right how we have to depend on a car? You have a good weekend birthday girl. Anything special planned?

First let me say that I am sorry I have not posted in awhile. Had a little heart episode a week ago and was taking it easy. They ran multiple test and cannot find put why my blood pressire and heart rate had dropped. But now I am fine.

I have been becoming involved in some of our city issues, going to meetings and writing letters so I have been busy with that. I tell you politics even on a small scale can be pretty ontresting as well. They want to cut some public funding that would really hurt our youth programs, but hopefully our city officials will make the right decison. It will never be a win win situation and someone always walks away un-happy. Wow what a day yesterday. I think the whole world is mourning. Both individuals Micahel and Farrah were amazing in there own way. I think my husband still has her pin up poster.
