GHROCKS - I did not thinkl that the comment about Jax was harsh. I thoughtit was humerous. I did reply to it on thE soap site. Are the Patriots still winning? |

) She has been a longtime, loyal GH fan since day one! She has never missed an episode. When I was a kid in school and later when I was on my own and working days, she would watch the show and take notes so I could stay 'updated' on the show for that day!!

Yep, sadly the Patriots are still winning.  I also thought all of us poking fun at Jax was funny. Now I feel like we have to watch out or else.  Oh well.

Our comments regarding the 'fill-in' Jax was meant to be HUMEROUS!! I'm sure it was tough to fill in for someone like Ingo!!!! AND....the 'fill-in' DOES resemble the 'Green Goblin' on Spiderman!! Watching him again right now in the bar scenes w/ Tracy!! I hate our comments was taken out of context!!

I grew up in a really strict household not able to date 19 so 16 would have made me do cartwheels. lol on the cartwheels. I grew up the same. My first date with a guy... I ended up marrying (and ultimately divorcing) him. And we started dating my senior year. I thank my mom now though because I saw so many girls go astray because of parents letting them do whatever. Yes I agree I thought it harsh growing up now I thank God. I see so many girls living life so fast and then they end up looking older then they are. And life has used them up. I prefer my innocent outlook on life then that fast pace one. I appreciate the values and rules that I was given. And I hope to pass them on to my children. I know. My mom was more lenient with my two older sisters. I guess you could say they ruined it for me. I didn't get to go anywhere. I didn't even get a car at 16 like they did. My mom found pot in my oldest sisters car and my other sister wrecked hers in her first DUI at age 17 while she was on her senior trip in Phoenix. I guess I don't blame my mom. I do look back and think wow, so glad she put her foot down with me. My oldest sister never learned her lesson, the other sister finished her bachelors degree 2 years ago and is doing fine with her two children. It's nice to see her grow and become an adult. She's also a recovering alcoholic that struggled for years. She's been sober for 13 years now. So proud of her. Watching my siblings make mistakes like that sure gave me an inside view of what it could be like had I made any wrong choices along the way. I was scared to even get in trouble. So I guess you could say I was a goodie two shoe myself. Did try being rebellious one year in high school if you want to call it that, but found out that it made me feel like crap, so I dropped the idea. LOL. I do mention all of this and much more to my daughter so she knows it's no joke out there and things do happen. Alot of my examples of making bad choices come from my family's experiences. |

That's what my cousin tells me all of the time about Cali, it's 2 different states rolled into one. Amazing isn't it? Since I am done w/ school, I want to take more time to travel to different places. I've missed out on sooo much. I'm glad you are sunny and warm because I'm not this week. But it's Louisiana, next week in might be in the 70s. Yes I think about how we can travel for 8 hours and still be in the same state. But you're in the South I love the South. And you don't get as cold as it can be in Chicago so be glad about that. |

Yes some people have to live & learn before they get it right. And some people take a long time to learn and you look at them like you have to kidding me. And I show my children the real life examples of what they don't want to be and how they got there. My mother looks at us and be like omg I'm so glad you didn't rebel. |
