I am not only a sister to James Hyde(Sam Bennett) But a watcher of passions I am very sad to know that this show is cancelled my daughters love watching as well the are 9 and 11.I guess we need to take in to consideration the jobs that all of these fine actors and actress will be out of this day in age it is not a good thing. I hope as people in this bussiness will reconsider the action they have done and keep this show on the air this is the problem with the world that because you are in a higher postion and think you control what everyone else thinks you can cancel this show. there are lots of people that watch this show and some people unfourtuntliy work days and cant continue to watch daily becuase of ther carees maybe this show would have went furhter if you would consider what some of the other saops have done and air this on sundays and in the evenings Please look into even chnging the writer or a different plot thank you if anyone like to contact me please feel free ShelleyHyde73@yahoo.com

I was wondering if someone posts a spoiler in a thread that isn't labeled spoiler should we report it as a bad post?

I think that finding this site has been a godsend! I don't think I have ever seen a site more motivated to bring the most up-to-date news and rumors on soaps. Thanks for the great website and the easy navigation!

Shelley: Thanks for taking the time to write in. It's a shame that Passions will be going of the air. We're all pretty upset about it as well. Getting a new head writer could have prevented this, in my opinion, but James E Reilley created the show, so he wouldn't step down to bring new blood in. I imagine he thought he was doing a great job, but if he were, things would have been different.

And yes.... anytime anyone sees something that goes against guidelines, you click 'report bad post' and we'll take a look at the post and decide what to do with it.

I really enjoy this site. Because I have such a hectic schedule it keeps me up to date on my shows and I can always go to the character profiles if I need any backstory, which is awesome!
I do have one suggestion. Under the character profiles there is a "flings and relationships" section listing all past and present sexual encounters. What I am disappointed in is that several characters who were raped have their rapists names listed. As a victim, I think this sends out the wrong message (even if the crime is noted beside the person's name) that the women were involved with these men. These characters had neither flings or relationships with these men of their own choice. Either the section should be renamed or the rapist's name should leave the list. Maybe a special section could be put in or something. I'd like to see what other users think of this.

Gosh today when I logged onto the site the first thing I saw was an ad for "intimate dating" something like Mate One and a sleezy looking person in lingerie............why in the world is that on this message board, rather offensive in my opinion.

There could be a language selection. You could choose the language that you want.

I don't know if this suggestion has been posted before, but there has been talk on the Y&R board about having a spell checker. For me I learned how to read and write typonese, so it doesn't bother me. Just passing on info. Thanks.
