One request that would be helpful is to include a comment field when reporting a bad post. This would be useful for the moderators to quickly check what the issue was.

Unfortunately, The Young and Restless forum has a troll or two roaming around causing mischief.

issues with newsletter being created as i have done this several times with no success

I read guidelines, before writing. I have already complained, with no response, nor have I seen anything done about my concern. The guidelines, plainly, states, NO ACTOR BASHING.I was apalled, at a thread, today which title is,Davetta is a FAR BETTER LILY, being allowed. There are several threads, on Christel Kahil, Davetta vs Christel, Lily Winters, ect. These threads have comments degrading Christel, saying she is not as good of Lily as Davetta, that she is not a good actress, and even downing her as to the color of her skin, and race. These comments are clearly degrading Christel, as an actress. There have been a few bad comments, against Davetta. I feel posters should be reminded, not to down the actors. The comments, about an actors capability to act, should be removed. Threads whose sole purpose is to talk against an actor, should not be allowed, and the ones already here should be edited or completely removed. If people are unhappy with Lily, as a character they should speak against, the character, not the actress portraying Lily. There are people who dislike Phyllis, Gloria, and Jack ect.who are speaking against the character, but not the actor, except,there was one post today saying, Gloria, is not a good actress. I feel something needs to be done about this subject, Davetta, vs, Christel. It needs to stop. Everytime, the subject calms, a little, someone will rekindles the fire. It is my understanding there are moderators, on this site, but the subject of DS vs CK, is like the ever ready battery, it keeps going, going and going. I am sorry if this post is inappropriate, but I feel for the actress CK. If she ever visited this board, she would feel, very, bad inside.

We don't allow actor bashing in any capacity. You're right.

If someone wishes to say that they're not a fan of another and give reasons why, we're fine with this. As long as they're not rude or insulting, everyone can have their say.

That being said, I have asked Amy to remove all of the Davetta and CK threads so that we can move on from this.

You're welcome. Still you must remember that people will have their own say. If they don't like a certain actress or actor, we allow them to say so, as long as they're respectful.

I personally detest the actor bashing and is the reason why I created the guidelines to include this. I know that some of them browse the boards and would hate if they were upset by something they read here.
