Soaps.com - MESSAGE BOARDS

Well as long as they're adhering to guidelines, they can type up their own opinions. If they're bashing a character, that's fine. We can't stop people from having an opinion and don't want to do that. If they're insulting other posters or actors, then we step in. If it's all arguments, we can also help.

If it's just a matter of being sensitive about your fave character, we don't step in with that. If they're saying things JUST to get a rise out of you, email me and name names. I'll keep an eye on them, and if it continues, we'll get rid of them!!

I am a little confused..why is it that I have to login whenever I leave the boards? In other words if I post a message and come back to it lets say in ten minutes I will have to login again. I am constantly loging in. Is this suppose to be this way?

I have a question. There are so many people on here that are disrespectful, and there are still on and others who appear to be doing nothing get the boot?

Hi image,

That shouldn't happen. Try deleting your cookies and cache and attempting to try again. The login should be kept open for something like 8 hours.

You're new here, so maybe you saw something that a moderator simply didn't get to. My mods can't be on all 10 boards 24/7. We do the best we can!

Anyway, you're no longer welcome on our boards. First thing this morning, I was told that you've been violating our guidelines all weekend long. If you want to follow them, by all means come round daily. If not, we prefer you don't post.

Thanks Latricia. If anyone has a particular problem with someone, by all means, send us a link to the thread with the person's screen name and let us know what guideline they're in violation of... OR... simply click the 'Report Bad Post' link, which you'll see above each and every post.

StaceyT or whoever that moderator was, basically said exactly what the posters needed to know. Follow guidelines and everything will be cool.

Chrissi, since you don't have "The Lounge" listed off to the side of the page like the soaps are listed, would it be at all possible to add a link to the top of your page, like you have at the bottom, "Go back to topic list"?

Can you think about getting an ignore "poster" option so we dont have to be bothered reading a certain posters post...now i understand we can come out right and say hey this person and so and so who got banned...but when it's clearly obvious that there is a poster on the board that was banned for posting the same constant thing ..and is now doing the same thing under another name and they havent been removed..i think it would just be easier for an ignore button .
And on a fun note...
What about A post count under our avatar or something ?

Can you plese check the "Rumor"Possible Spoiler from one of the Phick website thread. Me and Phnick4ever almost got into a brawel and I almost took my hat off on her. I cant stand that when you voice your opinions other posters come back and bash you. Even though we all are here to agree to disagree Some tend to always want it on there side and it is so sad. If this continue Im sorry I would no longer post on soaps.com, even through I love it.
