I have a question? I noticed that the GH thread have their JaSam fans only,unite here & Liason fans only - unite here threads back?????? What is up with that ??? GH board is special ?? I am a Sharon Fan and I would love to have the sharon only thread back in Y&R!!

I really don't understand why these threads were moved anyhow? I think it is better to be able to have a place to talk about your favorite character in peace! And use the other thread as a place to battle opinions??

I normally don't ask questions but this has been bothering me for a bit now and with all the bickering over Phyllis and Sharon looks like these threads would be a godsend??

Why is it that we can't edit posts in the Daily Updates sections...or news room stuff....that's usually where I notice things getting out of hand and i feel helpless lol!

Just wondering if there was a reason, and if not, then may I suggest that ability

Hopefully the Pizza Hut ad has disappeared by now. 

IluvCBSsoaps - I hear your frustration so I'll explain! We are allowing the threads but they aren't allowed to segregate themselves from the other posters anymore. Anyone can post in them now as long as they all follow guidelines of course.  The reason why is that we really just want people to always follow the guidelines in any thread. Those threads are harder to eh.. police… for our mods. We really feel that people should agree to disagree as they would in real life, so that's how it stands now. I hope that you understand from our point of view how difficult it is to have our mods in 9 or 10 boards at the same time!
It's actually working out really well!  I'm glad you felt comfortable asking and please feel free to open a new thread like that but just note that if person A who hates Phyllis posts in a Sharon thread, we won't do anything about it unless it goes against our guidelines.

SamiBrady_Chelsea - Originally when we opened the site, we didn't anticipate that we'd have to be concerned about people making bad posts in there, I guess!! (Odd, I know!!) It's certainly something I'll mark down on our list to see if we can change that. I know it's a pain. Even a 'report bad post' would be terrific in there!! Thanks for reminding me of this!

Chrissi - Thanks for the reply! I hated to sound crappy but it seemed like a double standard - I had to ask I don't care that others have their opinion, as long as I'm able to disagree with it if I choose too! (haha)

Yes it does seem like a double standard. I agree. It really isn't though as you can see. We just never opened the other ones. You can start an new thread but just remember that others will post in it and may not like the same characters. Of course, we'll step in if anyone gets out of hand.

PS Sorry about the site maintenance today.

Chrissi, my suggestion for this site would be,
Animated smilies. Specifically one that has the smiley banging his/her head against a brick wall, really hard.
You know, because GH is so frustrating right now. Yeah, thats it, we need it because of the show, yep, thats it,

hey chrissi ..it's surf..we are haveing pop up's and they are getting out of control ..i'm trying to just ignore them but now there talking..some are nasty...i am on the lounge board..under monday oltl pals...i know not to click on anything..but it getting bothersome..thanks..your pal surf

Some of the ads are getting out of hand, especially for a family site. IMO The ones about do not click if under 18, HOW does a parent or the pop up for that matter know how old the poster is??
Just a heads up didn't know if you realized these are getting rather rauchy....like Anna Nicole in a bathtub uncensored.
