Soaps.com - MESSAGE BOARDS

Does anyone know what happens to all the clothes the cast members wear? It seems to me it would be a great idea to sell them for chairties in honor of the casts. Does anyone know if anything like this is going on or if the clothes are sold anywhere? Thanks!

I couldn't find any information about what they do with the clothing. Anyone else know anything about this?

The only thing I've heard in the past is that they stars are offered at a huge discount if they want to "purchase" the clothes they wear. I assume many of them do that. Some, I'm sure also put them up for charity functions. Otherwise, the only suggestion is to contact the network and see if they have a wardrobe department head and what they do with all the clothes they no longer wear.

i have often wondered this myself. i have seen a few Bob Mackie dresses from 80's sopas for sell. i think it would be cool if they would auction them off or something to that effect.
