What's for dinner tonight?

I get tired of thinking about what to have!!Maybe on this thread we all can get some NEW ideas!!!
Tonight I am making Pepper steak over rice,
kidney bean salad,Fresh fruit,& a loaf of homemade garlic bread

Never had that before... I like tuna salad w/cheese melted on top!!! Is that "fresh" tuna ur speaking of!?

I've never had fresh tuna steak but I've seen it! I was always afraid I wouldn't like it... I usually get sea scallops fried or broiled...either way I love them!
Lobster and Crab legs are a tie at second... I love fresh clams in the crate w/lemon butter to dip them in!!! Tastes like buttered popcorn! Also like spicy steamed shrimp!!

I love when we going camping near a river. We go out catch a salmon (If they catch one) and BBQ right there. Yumm
