hello......my name is Sunny....short for Sunshine.......my parents were 60 hippies!!! I am 36, married to my highschool sweetheart since July of 88.......we have two children.......my son, Billy Paul left for college this year, and my "baby", Baylea is 16, and the light of our lives..........we live in North GA, just outside of Atlanta, in Auburn, Ga.
I have never done chat rooms before, but I have been reading in here for the last couple weeks, after it was reccomended to me by my sister.......looks like you have fun. I love the jokes you tell, and the games you play.......looking forward to joining in the fun.
I have been a AMC fan since I was born practically.......watched the first years of my life with momma, and used to hurry home from school, so she could tell me what happened.......summers & vacations were my favorite......she, my sister and I would cuddle, and watch soaps all afternoon.......AMC, OLTL, & GH. Momma left us three days after Baylea was born, and it was years before I could bring myself to watch again. Now, my sister & I spend every day, when possible on the phone from 1-2.....or 8-9.....and talk about the show, the storyline, the characters, and momma...........it has really been healing for both of us.......and I know momma is watching with us!!!!
My husband & I own our own Tapping Company, and work in Ga, & Fl....so sometimes we are on the "job" for up to two weeks........I stay here, and he takes his crew out of town, unless it is summer or vacation, and then we all go.......both kids can do everything in the business, and surprisingly, Baylea is the one that wants to take it over. BillyPaul is at Ga Tech, studying Graphic Engineering. He says he does not want to stay wet and muddy all day.............Baylea will race her dad to the hole!!!!!
I love to garden, and still do a family garden, from which we eat all winter usually. I am trying something new this year......spent all winter building "planter boxes"......each one 5 ft wide, by 8 ft long.......the DYI guy says it is easier to maintain, better for the plants, better water control....we shall see.........I do all kinds of veggies, melons, tomatoes, and have a few fruit trees, so in the spring & summer.....& early fall, it keeps me pretty busy!!!!! When I am not in the dirt, I like to do cross stitch.....I am trying to finish a Nativity scene my mother in law started before she passed......it is a total of six panels, that get all put together at the end......if I ever get there........my favorite things to do are wolves........I am a big wolf fan............
Okay......I have been told I tend to ramble........my husband says I am to friendly, and my daughter just shakes her head...........just like she is doing right now........"What!"...I said...."Aunt 'Na said it would be fun!"............she said I was going to out type everyone!!!!
Guess I will stop now..........looking forward to the games, and chatting. Sunny
