Anybody going to watch "V" when it debuts next week?

Well, I haven't seen anything but re-runs on BBC of TORCHWOOD and would love to see some new episodes. Do they have an all-new supporting cast because they all died except for the ex-cop and she will about to give birth? I didn't realize that they started a new season. Please tell me more TOUCHED! If TPTB follow the original concept there will be an alien/human baby. Could it be the FBI ladies son and the lovely blonde VISITOR that is recruiting him? Will "they" be the parents of a bouncing baby lizard???????????????????????????????????????????????????? |

I thought last nights epi was actually better than the first. Im glad I gave it a second chance. Im loving the whole paranoia aspect of the show. You never know who is a V and who isnt. Any one think the other priest is a V? He sure was talking positivley about their arrival last night! |

Oh I figured out what it is that crreps me out about Anna. The way she doesnt blink for a long time and then blinks several times in rapid sucession. Its rather....reptilian.  I'm waiting for the VISITORS to be shown eating because we haven't seen that yet. It would pop up every so often in the original series. White mice anyone? i loved the aspect of not knowing who is & who isn't it was one of the GREAT things about the original. I am still wondering if the FBI lady's young son will "mate" with the blonde VISITOR & have a halfling like there was on the original. and yes, I do think the older priest is a VISITOR! |

I don't think it's running a full 24 episode season like other shows do, because of development costs! Dr. Who is the same way! I'll take what I can get! As for "Torchwood," if the actor quits, I don't know if they will recast! It's quite popular with a lot of Who fans, I'm just not one of them. If you google "Torchwood" you will get a link to the website and they offer a newletter sign-up page. That poor boy hasn't got a chance against that alien girl, does he? If she gets pregnant, you have to wonder if she will eat her young! |

I know I saw all of CHILDREN of the EARTH and it was my understanding at the time that it was made that it was to be the ending of CAPTAIN JACK in TORCHWOOD although he might be seen on DR. WHO(which I never watched, my husband likes it though). They kinda wrapped up all of his team either by killing them or giving them the happily ever after by going to have the baby. But he could get a new team, I suppose. I love the actor who played him but a funny thing is that years ago he auditioned for the part of WILL TRUMAN in WILL & GRACE and didn't get the part because he wasn't "gay" enough. funny thing is he is gay and has lived with his partner for over 15 years. Oh, well HOLLYWOOD! If I remember right the halfling in the original series aged rather quickly and help to achieve peace between the earthlings & visitors. |

i also think the priest is a V, but now i wonder if that is too obvious, i don't want that guy to break up with his girlfriend, i don't see how the resistance can possibly win if they don't know who is real and who isn't, i am loving the show |

I want to say they had flyers made or something. Sure they will use the net somehow! |
