morning.... it is raining cats, dogs, and hogs...


started last nite.... didnt think we were supposed to get severe weather, but another city further up had a tornado... i had just signed up for this Code Red emergency elert last week, and my cell phone and house phone rang at the same time with a weather alert... i was like cooool

well sittin here eating my buscuit... and getting ready to start my work duties... which include the internet... i have to make an appearance on my sites

Want some snow??? We got it!!! Not much... a couple of inches but the trees are bending with the leaves being on some of them. Some trees are down & the fire company & PennDot is busier than busy!!
I would defininately rather have snow than a tornado....
Got some homemade bread raising & can't wait to put it in the oven! Yummmmmm!!

It was suppose to be a damp in rainy day here, but it was partly sunny and just a bit chilly.

getting a little chilly, by morning i would want my little heater on i guess..

got me a pair of pajamas at walmart, so i will have something decent for staying overnight..

Well Chy I hope she watching something good. My daugher going to a "sleep over" tomorrow night. Oh yes, her and her BFF (the three of them cause 1 could not make it) going to have a nice time.

My Mom & Dad did not believe in sleep over much less, haning at your friend house or having them call your house.

They were like..."Didn't you see that at school all day"...what you got to talk about" :-)

Well it -6 tonight and reach to about 10 C today. Oh yes, it's well below seasonal temparature for Fall.

Got to love Canada...can't wait to retire, win big and move back to the island. Keep hope alive

hi KIR. what a nice surprise... the sleepovers were more popular in my time.. well they still are, but you have to be more cautious... there is only one young lady that i have let mine spend the nite at... otherwise i just say no... too much going on...

not too much out this week that catches my fancy... i have to really want to see the movie if i pay my 7.50. unless someone else is.... i may want to see Good Hair, but i may wait for the dvd... but i am going to see This Is it --on the 31st..

So true Ch. I know both her friends and Parents so all is well cause I know they are "old school" like me.

We waited until they we're a certain age to even "entertain" it.

I tell you they are like "peas in pod" (the 4 of them but 1 can't make it). Very close, do well in school and great manners and Parents.

$7.50...girl come here you'll be paying up to $12 plus tax.

A child and an adult plus a popcorn and drink runs you about $30. That's 1 large drink and a large popcorn (I thinkt he special is $11)

Movie night for us is very rare and sometime I try to go to the $5.00 theatre which only happens on Tuesday nights...you can imagine the madness.
