Did anyone see the recent photo of Maria Shriver talking on her cell phone while driving? Her husband, the Governer of California, enacted the law that she was caught breaking. |

People all over CA are breaking the law everyday-no way is it being enforced-no doubt this was an old,OLD photo taken before the law went into effect--ha ha- |

IMO, Ms. Shriver, being a very public figure, the wife of the states governer, should not only pay the fine, but offer a public apology. |
