Josh & Anna Duggar just welcomed into the world Mackynzie Renee Duggar on Thursday night.

Michelle & Jim Bob will welcome their 19th baby in to the world in the spring.

The birth of Machynzie Duggar will be featured on a TLC 18 Kids and Counting special Tuesday, October 13, 2009: First Granddugger.

Thanks for the reminder. I noticed that yesterday but had already forgotten. They are so fun to watch. It's just one of those shows that makes you feel really good when you watch it, like the King of Queens. Not many of those left anymore.

I just have a question about Josh and Anna Duggar why wouldn't they go to a hospital and have the baby and do the babys heart beat see if the baby is o.k. and then give out the babys infomation and keep her in the hosptial for a few days to see how Anna is doing.... but no..... Anna as been very sick and ill when she was pregant.....they have to deliver the baby at Michelle and Jim Bobs home. Like what????? where they thinking. Josh Duggar delived the baby and on a couch bed.The baby has just sreaming.

The duggars where on the Today show and the Duggars didn't really talk about the baby. Josh and Anna Duggar mainly did all the talking well it's their baby.

Michelle and Jim Bob's baby will be born in March.Merdiath asked if they know the baby's sex gender and they send we don't know yet.

I know one thing I am very happy that the children have a play area in their backyard now they just need toys and a patio set.
