Quote OspreyGirl: Quote gommie: Quote OspreyGirl: Quote gommie: Quote Oreo123: Whatever your opinion in the affair.....his ratings have soared while Conan's have tanked. Bad press is better than no press at all proven again! And what does that say about our society Indeed...what does it say about society when its citizens show up at townhall meetings screaming down sick people from discussing healthcare options or cheering about our country not getting much needed international monies from the Olympic organizers and participants? What is the fricking problem with what David Letterman did? Why is everyone in this man's zipper? If Dave's audience is laughing at his expense, it's because Dave is using self deprecating humor to lessen the blow of a dog's blackmail exposure to the press. It's a late night talk show, not a late night church tent revival. At least those people are passionate about what is taking place in their country- they are not laughing at the sexual exploits of a creep who used national television to go public with his exploits, hurting and humiliating the woman he is married to, along with his child --How anyone can watch the garbage that is letterman and react with laughter at the expense of others is beyond me-- he's a pig Well we have to agree to disagree...what you call passionate, I saw crazy, and if there were any truly passionate people who wanted to have a civil discussion at those town halls, they sure as heck hid behind the skirt hems of the crazies...marching to D.C. to have a tea party...LMAO...oh boy! Yep...I hope Dave's ratings continue to go through the roof. He is not bigger pig or creep than what most of us have done in our personal lives---the only difference is that the world shines it's magnifying glass on entertainers, and for some reason, people put entertainers even talk show hosts on a higher moral pedestal than their own kids or selves... I say Dave's audience needs to keep laughing...to keep from crying about the hypocrisy...what happened in his personal life shouldn't be taken personally by any of us...I don't give a damn if he screwed farm animals, it's his business... Some people do as you say- and how very sad is that? I can honestly say and gratefully so that I am not one of them- You are correct again, it is his business who he screws-he needs to keep it that way- IT IS HIS BUSINESS- his and the poor farm animals- I'm sure they would be ashamed for his viewing audience to know they got that close to him-they don't understand that his viewing audience finds anything he does quite acceptable and funny as hell- He needs to keep his little sexual escapades whether they be with farm animals or the women he works with -TO HIMSELF |

Quite frankly, he is one of the last people I would have expected to be involved with a young, attractive woman (at least the one they showed was very attractive.) I may have laughed at him at times, but so far as anything else, for me there is a very big "ICK" factor involved, so far as the idea of actual contact. I hope he takes a good, long look at his son, for whom he appears to care very much, and decides it's worth it to straighten up and fly right. |

People: Letterman reportedly sets off $300 million divorce war |
2577Echo![]() |
I have also read about the possible divorce on a couple of sites. All I can say to his wife is, "Go get the rascal, and don't forget pain and suffering!!" |

I just read on two different sites where David Letterman himself said that he has been with Regina since 1986!!! So how can anyone say that he was not married at the time so it was ok?? It most certainly was not ok for him to be with Regina and having sex with all those young things. I dislike him so much, it would not suprprise me if he used their employment against those young women, hope one of them comes forward and cleans his clock for him, that is after his wife gets thru with him!! If you are in a committed relationship for that many years, whether they were married or not does not matter, he is a creep with no morals at all. He said horrible things about other people and how they lived their lives, mostly Sarah Palin's daughter, look at him, he is a creep and I wish CBS would drop his butt!! Been with Regina since 1986, Harry is 5+ years old, married in March 2009.....sounds close enough to marriage to me..........he should have left the ladies alone!!! |

Letterman monopolizes late night |
wannazach![]() |
Quote OspreyGirl: Letterman monopolizes late night Oct. 9: Countdown guest host Lawrence O’Donnell talks to Newsweek’s Devin Gordon about how the late night talk show hosts treated the David Letterman extortion scandal this past week. www.msnbc.msn.com/id/3036677/vp/33249712#33249712 Jimmy Kimmel just got caught for the same thing. This bs could go on forever. I am sure MANY MANY tv personalities date their employees. Hope we don't have to hear about all of them. Imagine the headlines if every person in the world who dated an employee was made a news story. You know what if everyones cousins, uncles, neighbors, dentists, doctors just to name a few all had had a relationship with an employee. Not enough time in the day to put all that on tv. These guys are no different than anyone else. Humans are just that human. Why so many judges?~) |
