Are you kidding me? The kids at a school are singing a "praise to Barak Hussein Obama"

This was on you-tube and Yes FOX NEWS is covering it. To all the nay sayers...what would you say about the children singing praise to any other president. Weather they be domocrat or republican.

These children are elementary kids, I believe kindergartners.

We no longer are allowed to praise God in school, but whoo hoo "Barak Hussein Obama"

I realize that President Obama did not promote this you-tube video, and he shouldn't be held responsible, but the school that this was performed at should be held responsible.

Thats one reason why the parents of the country were up in arms about his speech. While he sent a very positive message that my own two children saw....the teachers took it to a different level and thats unbelievable.

LMAO imagine if there was a "Tribute/worship" song to any other President dem/rep.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't there already a song out there in which all presidents are addressed.
And it's been around a very long time.
We practiced it in music class back in my grade school years. My children did as well.

Lyrics were written by Albert Gamse and the music is set to James Sanderson's music ...It goes like this....

Hail to the Chief we have chosen for the nation,
Hail to the Chief! We salute him, one and all.
Hail to the Chief, as we pledge cooperation
In proud fulfillment of a great, noble call.
Yours is the aim to make this grand country grander,
This you will do, that's our strong, firm belief.
Hail to the one we selected as commander,
Hail to the President! Hail to the Chief!

Have they stopped using this song in schools?

Just watched the video and it was definitely not an indoctrination or some type of brainwashing. The ominous music added to the background by the youtube poster was kind of weird but I think that was his intention. The kids were singing a song about the President. They were putting on some type of show at school, just like we all did when we were young.
If you read the FOX News story you will see that it was one of many songs being sung. The others were about President Lincoln, President Washington, etc.

But Andrea Ciemnolonski, the parent of another one of the students in the video, said the song was part of a second-grade project on a variety of topics related to the month of February, such as Groundhog Day, Valentine's Day and Presidents Day.

"They did songs about President Washington, Lincoln, and they did do one about President Obama," Ciemnolonski said. "My daughter was in the class that did the songs about Obama. It was black history month. ... It was something for the kids to celebrate."

Ciemnolonski said she "just can't look at it as indoctrination," though she added, "The comparisons made were a little exuberant."

Many people are taking this whole political thing way too far. So the kids sing a song praising the President for saying all people are equal or all should have equal pay for equal work. What is so terrible about that? Isn't that something children should believe?

The title of this post seems to indicate the video is somehow President Obama's idea or he had some part in its creation. He had nothing to do with it.

Maybe if we spent more time trying to build up our country instead of tearing down our President we would be in better shape.

Nice to see/hear kids singing a song of praise for their President instead of making disrespectful remarks or jokes.

Also it is good to know children of a young age KNOW WHO THEIR PRESIDENT IS!

It concerns me that teachers, who are the people helping to shape young minds violate their roles and instill affective socialist rhetoric into the minds of young children. These young children were repeatedeley chanting' Barack Hussein Obama' in songs overflowing with campaign slogans and praise-One song that the children were taught quotes directly from the spiritual "Jesus Loves the Little Children," though Jesus' name is replaced with Obama's: "He said red, yellow, black or white/All are equal in his sight. Barack Hussein Obama. How is it proper to sing the praises of the President and frowned upon to sing the praises of a God in school- Another song they sang praising BHO was to the tune of the 'Battle Hymn of the Republic' for crying out loud-

So what? They are little kids putting on a show. They sang songs about Presidents Lincoln and Washington too. Listen to it again- Where is the "affective social rhetoric"?

That's an interesting take on this...
What concerns me is that citizens of our country are not addressing the president of the United States as President Barack Obama.

Clearly the children were RECITING as a way to recognize the Commander in Chief. Teachers are given curriculum at the beginning of the year. Teaching social science/history is a part of the curriculum. Whether you personally accept President Obama or not, there is no need for so much disrespect. Americans should uplift our teachers and our children who respect the President and the policies in place for OUR country. Would you prefer to see our children practicing the stages of mutiny instead?
Let's lose the hostility towards the President of the United States of America. He and our troops need us to rally for our nation and the well being of its citizens. It's silly to think children or adults should not sing or recite allegiance to their nation whether it's the flag or the president.

OMFG!!! What to hell else are people gonna use to try and tear our country apart. NEWS FLASH!!! The song was sung about Bush too!!!!!!!!!!! And Clinton and Bush #1 and Reagan and ALL I repeat ALL the rest. Now why you think the linch mob didn't come out then after the Republican presidents? Could it be that only Conservatives enjoy this ridiculous behavor? It is sure looking that way. I for one am so sick of all this running around name calling and trying to divide the American people straight down political lines that I could puke. If all the time and energy spent on chasing ridiculous stories about the president was put to helping our country and fellow man it would be a much better world. It is purely shameful imo and I am ashamed for those so full of hate. I wish they would find a hobby that would not cause the turmoil that this does.

Wanna - - I completely agree with you. This has all graduated from displeasure, disagreement to PURE HATE! Our country is looking like it is divided now - - and half of that division is Hate!

What's sad is that our children are not ignorant, they have eyes and ears and can read and hear. How can they not pick up on this hatred? And, our children are our future - - and that, with all they see and hear now, is scary!

Look at the last 8 years that we had with Bush. He did a lot of bad things. He puts us into the war we did not belong in and thanks to him "thousands" have died and continue to die. He left us with one of the biggest defeceits in our history. He was the one who started the whole bank bail out. That is just a couple of things. There are hundreds more. But, in all those 8 years did you ever see hundreds and thousands of people form what seems to me like a cults? These are people are teaching their children to hate anyone you don't agree with, to call them names and wish death upon them. They are teaching not to hold any respect to the leader of our country. Sounds like another country instead of ours don't it? There was never the nastiness and violence there is now shown to Bush or any other Rep president. If people didn't like him they still acted like human beings instead of animals. They didn't try to recruit fellow haters to divide the people of the US. They didn't send out mailings wanting people to join their cause to deface our president. With other presidents it was left up to other countries to curse our president but now it is on our home land. They have gone after Obama the same way that people went after Osama after 911. Some even talked better of Osama than they do Obama. When Bush was president Liberals did NOT gang up in hate mobs and threaten his life. They did not go on tv and call Bush defaming names and try and make more and more people protest his every move. They did not teach their children to hate the leader of our country. NEVER before that I am aware up have kids been exploited the way they are now by the Obama haters. Kids are thrown right into the middle of this watching parents act like lynch mobs. I wonder if they are still allowed to look at a flag now that Obama is president. I am so glad that I grew up with parents who respected our country and our president no matter what his party was. They did not show hate, violence or death wishes to him. The ones who protesed Bush were few and they were never as violent. Never did you hear of anyone carrying guns to a Bush rallie. A man outside Obama's speech last week had "3" guns on him. WTH is up with that? There was not coffins and hanging nooses put up for Bush speeches. We are headed for an America that is full of hate and violence just like Iraq. Really a lot of it has already started. It came about on 1/20/09. And the really evil thing is that if Obama were killed most these people would be rejoicing. They would be dancing in the streets. How evil is that? There is no compassion, no standing together, no even trying to pull together! Their political views have consumed so many that there is no turning back. I am afraid that American is not nor ever will be what it once was before hate consumed it. The gates have opened.

Feel better Wanna? Well, I do from reading your post!

The other day I saw a kid in the grocery store (probably about 8 to 10 years old) with a T-shirt on that had a picture of an outhouse and it said - - "I have to go take an Obama." I almost fell on the floor, and his mother was just laughing her STUPID head off because people were commenting on it.

Need I say more? PURE HATRED - -and this kid is getting all this attention - - future leader, perhaps?

That is completely disgusting. Must be some proud parents of that one.
