Morning all,

i am sooooo glad i went to the seminar... they really were informative about an alternative procedure to surgury (hysterectomy).... it is called UFE ---uterine fibroid embolization.... i signed up for a consult with the doctor.. he is located at Emory Adventist in Atlanta... when i told the lady my situation about being scheduled for Oct 14, she said they would call me today... if i dont hear from them by 4pm... im calling myself... they had a good little refreshment buffett... light foods, but the little roll-up sandwiches were good... my daughter enjoyed her snacktime

struggling a little this morning with my usual symptoms, but im pressing on...

real nice and pleasent this morning 73 degrees..

i watched a new show on abc last night THE FORGOTTEN. on at 10... that was good...

i wanna see FLASH FORWARD... comes on thurs.... the whole world blacks out for 2min and 17 secondss... and sees parts of their future... looks good too... gotta do something till my LOST comes back on!!!

well i did something really , really stupid last night....
we have this yellow jacket nest in the yard. hubby went out last night after dark to destroy it. i a walked barefooted out there where he was.needless to say what happened, but i got stung at least 4 times. 3 times on my toes and once on my ankle....


anyway, glad you meeting went well.i will pray that God will lead to you what procedure is best for you....
saw that the water level was going down in your state.
so sad that many of homes destroyed.gotta send some special prayers up for them.

OUCH... i know that cant be feeling good....

so glad that they are getting relief up there in the ATL... so sad some of the stories you hear.... man who's 2 year old son got snatched out of his arms by the flood waters...

woman on 911 call right before she drowned.... how horrible... and if the family had to hear that... how mortifying.... just heartbreaking....

thanks for your encouragement and prayers regarding my surgury issues...

my foot is not feeling good at all. i had a really hard time sleeping last night. my toes felt like they were siiting on hot coals. and the trobbing pain was so instensed.
i have never felt anything like that before. today they are still throbbing but just like a fire and not coals....

I saw a glimpse of it during my commerical flicking from The Good Wife....great show by the way! It had me not flicking duringthe commercials so....I didn't see that show.

You know they got a few shows that are on at 10:00 p.m. It going to be a hard competing for ratings..... Why they do that. I was trying to see Wife Swap too. lol Jay Leno was on, The Good Wife, The Forgotten, etc......

The new CSI Los Angeles, I think with LL looked bad.....flicked that real quick (within 1 minute)

Morning everyone! Thought I would say hi before I dry my hair and head out the door. Got more clouds here and rain on its way. Will be 1st of week before we get any sun. All the roads are open here now except for 5 so the school buses can get closer to the kids homes.

Chy I heard that 911 call from that woman and it was so pitiful. I had 2 surgeries for the fibroids. My 3rd doctor said I had to do something or it would never end. I said enough is enough and had the final surgery and feel great. So happy I had it done and wish I had it done sooner. Hope that semiar helps you.

D D D, I really feel for you. I am lucky enough to not have been stung yet this year but it is still early. I am always barefoot myself so have good chances of stepping on anything there is. After finding the huge copperhead last week I am trying to remember to wear shoes afer dark anyway. I stepped on one years ago and it was so not pleasant.

Morning Keep! Hope you are doing good today. I watched "The Good Wife" too and really liked it. Gonna keep watching it. Leno had held the top ratings for the 10:00 spot but I know he did not stand a chance against all the good shows on last night. It might be me but I don't find Leno funny at all. I watch old Golden Girl episodes before him.

Glad to hear that you are feeling good after that surgery. My sister had it done last year and she too is doing a lot better ! What we woman go through...amazing.

i have not been stung since i was a kid....

sorta the same thing, had 2 diff docks for my knee, one said partial one said full replacement, of course i wanted to go for the partial, then i found out i would need the full down the road
