Date Disasters???

I had gone out on a date once with this gorgeous man, and low and behold he comes to pick me up in his convertible with his mother in the front seat! On our date we went to a night club for some dancing, only he wasn't with me, he's dancing with mama. This guy was so hot, I decided to let that evening pass, but it got worse. I would call him up on a weekday @ 8pm and I'd say want2 go4 a drink, his response would be no I can't my mother would prefer I stay home on the weekday. He even said that if we got married he'd bring his mom on the honeymoon but seperate rooms. Oh and to top it off he didn't want to do anything intimate unless he's married. I was like i'm living a nightmare, except it's real! I should have know there would be problems from the get go, he has the same name as my father!LOL |

I have a friend who is supposed to go on a cruise with the guy of their dreams in October. They are going to the Bahamas and have had it planned for almost a year. Last week my friend found out that he just bought his mom a ticket to go with them. I mean you gotta love your mom but it sure puts a damper on the romance.

Your poor friend, I know what a damper it can put on romance. Well hopefully the mom can find something on the boat to entertain herself with, so the couple can have a little bit of alone time!

His mim called my mom (we were in grade school) to ask for her wedding ring back! I had to return the ring of course! What a knuckle head he was! I'm glad I found out he was a thief before we got serious! Now that is a classic.

Who would want to upset their mother by stealing her ring. I really can't remember how many karats or anything like that. LOL Greek Goddess, you make the greatest threads!Keep it up! |

When you brought up the word ditch, I thought of a time I went out with an ex boyfriend. we went to a bar and I had about 3 glasses of wine, after when he and I were walking to take a cab I fell in a ditch. LOL The jack ass was standing there laughing instead of giving me his hand, but once he did, i got myself up then gave him a hand into the ditch. another time I got set up on a blind date, the guy was handsome so we went to the movies and he comes back with a large bag of popcorn. I look at him and I say aren't you getting anything for yourself, he said HUH. But the truth is I eat a lot and don't really share my food. i guess my date wasn't use to that. But the look on his face was priceless.
My date disaster happened when I was a teen. The guy was a real jerk that night! We went to a drive in movie and then took a drive into the mountains. Well he thought he was getting lucky and I said no no no! He spiked my pepsi with something and I still said NO NO NO!! He got mad and backed up to take me home. Next thing I saw was the moon and stars. *lol* He had backed up and the back end of the car went into a deep ditch! *LOL* After we climbed out of the car all you could see was the front of the car pointing straight up! We had to walk a good five miles before we found a house with the lights on so he could call a friend to come and get us. I got home at 4 in the morning. Would you believe that jackass called me for another date? *LOL* |
