Yes she is still with him. Her life story sounds a lot like the main character in the good wife.

Hi Mem - - yeah - - I know she is still with him and I think it is yucky - - but to each his own. He looks like a sly fox to me - - but have you ever noticed how much she looks like an older version of Jennifer Aniston?

Hey Puddycat,

Yeah she does look like an older Jennifer Anniston. The picture of her standing by her husband while he is giving his press conference does not do her justice. I saw a picture of her smiling and she looked great. She does not look like she is in her 50s.

Yeah to each their own. I definitely would not have stayed but I don't know their situation. He had been paying for prostitutes for years.

Its crazy because he has this intelligent and beautiful wife and he does that.

Its really mind boggling sometimes just like the couple in my avi. They are the perfect example he was married to Jackie and still did all that stuff.

Mem - - don't mention that avi - - I have noticed that you are really into the Kennedy family and boy, you have a soulmate here, if you are.

But you know, back then the media would have caught him and because he was so well loved - - he might have come out of it. Look at Bill Clinton - - shamed? I think not - - look where he is now. But, Hillary stayed with him - - and me thinks, he is on a very tight leash, don't ya think?

So many politicans do this, so few caught - - at least up until now - - anybody doing it, had better be looking over their shoulder!

Oh no there is no such thing.

Chris Noth who is going to play the husband in the good wife. Played Big on Sex and the City he was Carrie Bradshaw's boyfriend/husband. He was a real scoundrel on there but you just had to love him. Because he was Big no matter who Carrie dated she would always find herself wanting Big.

Hey Puddycat (soulmate),

Yes I do love the Kennedys.

But mostly I love Jackie she is my favorite. JFK it depends on my mood I like him more in pictures or those silent home movies.

I am glad more of these politicians are getting caught. It wasn't just JFK who was a major philanderer. Its just that his affairs are more well known. The press would not publish stuff that personal back in the day. They had a code and it didn't matter what the politician did in his personal life.

They definitely need to watch their backs!

I liked Julianna Marguilles in ER...those were the great episodes..in the beginning with Clooney and Anthony
Edwards...

Chris Noth was fantastic in Law and Order....

I didn't watch Sex in The City until it left HBO...he was good to hate/love in that series....I did hear that there is going to be another movie BTW.

If I remember I will tune in for this new show...it looks interesting, but how sad that cheating politicians are now entertainment.

Ohh the scenes on ER with Julianna and Clooney..were some of the best..I really cried my eyes out when Anthony
Edwards character Dr. Green died..That was heart wrenching

But this thread is about The Good Wife....so I will have to see it once to decide if I am a fan .....

Still glorifying cheating politicians...I suppose is the wave of the future...Wonder if Hillary will watch

For me I am already a fan just from the videos I watched. It seems like a really good drama. Hopefully it won't disappoint.

From the previews it doesn't seem like the cheating husband is going to get off easy.

Oh, don't get me started on the Law and Order marathons. I watch every night - - if I can't sleep, leave television on all night with L&O I believe on A&E.

My favorite now is SVU - - absolutely love Christopher Meloni as Stabler - - (don't care how much more hair he loses - - those huge green eyes - - yummy! ) and of course, Mariska Hargitay as Benson.

But who I really love on this show, is Tamara Tunie as Melinda Warner, the Medical Examiner. She always throws me for a loop the way she talks to the corpses (victims) as if they were still alive - - so sweet and caring. No, that's not morbid to me, she just cares about who they were.

And, Mem - - you started the thread, so we can go ANYWHERE we want with it - - don't always have to stay on topic with The Good Wife!

Oh yeah Law and Order is the best. I love those mini marathons. But my absolute favorite thing is that little sound I can't describe it but you know what I'm talking about.

My favorite is SVU and I love Tamara Tunie. Detective Stabler and Detective Benson are my favorite partnership. I kinda wished they got together but that means he would be a cheating husband.

I did not like that one lady who took over for Mariska when she was on maternity leave. The woman who Stabler had an affair with she was on my hit list.

Not really a big fan of Criminal Intent I watch it every now and then. But my devotion/love is for SVU and the original.

Also my avi just changed I don't know why but it does that. Even though I didn't do anything to it.

I love that picture they had a beautiful wedding.
