Don't get me wrong I still like the odd song here and there. Like from Kenny, Keith, and Taylor but Carrie I just can't handle. If I had to pick one song of her's I can handle listening to "Wasted" I think it's called. But I won't be getting it from I tunes anytime soon. |

I also think that Carrie Underwood really went a long way since winning AI..she really is a true success from that venue. Another country singer that I am very appreciative of is Taylor Swift..she writes and sings all her own songs and my 10 yr old daughter loves her songs. I have no problem cranking the radio when she is on. I am a huge fan of country music these days...it's a good station to play in the car with the kids, well most songs anyway, I do turn the channel every once in a while..LOL |

I went out last night and bought Taylor Swifts new c.d. Fearless. It is so amazing how she is only 19 years old and she is writing albums like crazy. Also Taylor just bought her own condo....WOW |

Garth is the best and he is the nicest guy and is every bit as humble as he appears- I spent three years in a row at Fan Fair in the early 90's-I had a photographers press pass which allowed me entrance to the hall where the entertainers were giving magazine interviews,doing photo sessions,tv interviews etc- I met Garth and had my picture taken with him- I thanked him and started to walk away when he called me back and ask me my name - I told him and he said it was very nice to meet me. I thanked him and told him it was very nice to meet him as well- about 25 minutes later I was doing my job and looked over and he was signing autographs- dang- I had not gotten his- so I walked back over and when he finished what he was doing I asked if I might have his autograph and he said of course is that with two n's - I'm thinking to myself-is that with two n's is what with two n's -by the time I figured our he was asking about the letters in my name- he was handing me the very nice autograph he had written- he had remembered my name - wow- I was impressed-- |

All of these country atrists are great and sing very well. Kenny,Garth all of these atrists.......I can hardly wait for the CMA award show to come on in November....... |
