73 degrees, little overcast, hope the sun can win over... not much goin on at the moment. Daughter said she wasnt feelig well this morning feeling dizzy.... i said that's strange, you seemed ok, when your friend came over, and you went to taco bell.... changed her tune then.... so i just gave her some gingerale... boy i hate to start my morning in a mode...

But she left, and i went and had prayer.... which is essential .....

Morning Chy & All!!
Well, started off this a.m. with the sad news of Patrick Swayze's death. Even though we all saw it coming it is certainly sad.
I know the family & friends of his will grieve but so will we all. When Dirty Dancing made it's debut I can remember my mother, me & my daughter had the vapors (hots)... he just had so much energy & was the definition of S-E-X!!
Now he is gone & he will be sadly missed by all..

Weather here is on a down hill slide. Warmish today in the upper 60's. Rain tonight & very cold with nites in the 40's & days not much better. Here it comes... like a freight train... winter!! Sheesh.....

Hope you dont go strait into Winter.... at least have the fall which is supposed to officially start on the 22nd...

but the 40's is cold to me.... we arent anywhere near that yet... thank goodness...

i need to get me some more closed in shoes... still able to wear sandels, and slip ons here.... i want a pair of brown boots.... and i guess another black pair... dont get as many shoes in the winter as i do in the summer...

Hey guys.I'm going to make this quick bc I'm super sick.My throat hurts soooo bad.I don't see if there is any way I DON'T have Mono.I'm super weak,my throat feels like someone stuck glass down it,and I have a fever.I don't have anything else to do today though except chill out on the couch,be on my laptop or do homework.Well,talk later.

sad day for me as well, heard about patrick last night before i went to bed. i will be sending the boys off to their room or outside while i watch dirty dancing and bawl my eyes out such am heartthorb! who did not help by fall in love with him. especailly after ghost.


anyway, enough of that, do not want to get to depressed....
really need to go get my hair cut today. wnat it about an incch below my shoulder do not like it mid back. way too heavy and thick...........
gotta teach the kiddos some match ,science, and social studies aas well.

gymnast---- take it easy , did they check you for swine flu?

Yep.I went last night when my mom got home.They ruled out strep.She said it might be mono so she took some blood for a mono test.I'm just soo weak and my throat hurts way worse than it ever has with strep and those are all syntoms of mono.My friend Chelsea had it last year.But I read you could get mono through sharing lip gloss and we do that in guard.But you can have mono for up to two months and not get syntoms right away.I've been sick with syntoms for like 3 weeks but just thought it was allergies til I got the sore throat.So i went in to the doctor and surprise it's defidently not allergies.LOL.Dcorn-I found out about Patrick Swayze last night and told my mom.She was soo sad.You sound just like my mom.She's even got the day off today so we might watch "The Outsiders".lol

I forgot about the outsiders.... Red Dawn was good too...

Boy i hope my daughter doesnt share any gloss etc... me, i was soooo ticky i never would share anything... Hope you have a swift recovery gymnast.... no fun being sick....

Yeah.I read the book in 7th grade.I loved it and my mom happened to already have read it and loved the movie.So we went out and bought it.LOL.

GYMNAST-- i am sure your mmom an i have about the same feelings aboout patrick.. she was an heartthrob for our generation..

He stared in a tv show called The Beast... i havent seen it... but critics say it was good....

North and South was a great mini series he was in.... forgot about that too..... they dont do mini series as much as they used to on tv....

Yeah.LOL.She was like after I'm done getting ready we're sitting down and watching it.HAHA.I was like Ok.It's soo cloudy and rainy here.

I watched "The Beast". It was a little hard to take because of the violence but just to watch Patrick it was worth it. When he walked that certain Swayze walk & when he talked.... Oh Boy, there goes the waterworks again!!
I put the song "Time of My Life" on my blog for today sort of a rememberance of him.
