The point of my response was in agrreement that we are a very politicaly and racially divided country. Truth is I did not vote for Obama, and I do not agree with everything he has proposed. I think if we each honestly examine our hearts, and not become defensive, we can recognize the instilled racism in each of us. I could go on and on, but from reading most of the threads and posts on this board all I see is the media spin being spit back at each other. No real examination, no critical thinking. No understanding...sad. Really wish there could be intelligent, informed conversation on this board, and not all this media speak, and cut and pasting of this or that blog. Perhaps I am hoping for way too much from a soap opera message board?
Anyway, done for tonight....
