i saw last night on the news...... that the girls mother said..... that the girl remembers everything...that poor girl, even with all the great mental health care out there and that she will undoubtedly get....how will she ever come to terms with any of the this sick stuff that happened to her......... and to have two children by these freaks....... It breaks my heart really to know that she will be haunted by this forever....... I hope they do get the death penalty. Its so hard to wrap my head around the fact that there are really people out there......that go to these lengths. ....sex slaves?.... cant even imagine how sick a mind you'd have to have to think that through....and to go kidnap some one to satisfy your sickness.....I have an 11 year old daughter....this just eats up my soul.....to think that there could be some predator out there that would do this to her.

The guy was on lifetime parole for a prior rape conviction, I believe. Clearly he has violated his parole so he should go right back to jail. Is it possible in CA that someone who has not committed murder can get the death penalty? I don't know CA law. This really really makes a case for locking rapists up for good. Not only did he reoffend, he reoffended this same girl for almost two decades & who knows what he's done to those two young children he fathered. Oh & I can't even type this without getting chill bumps!

this story boggles my mind!~icantimaginethis did not git caught all this time!~i kin never understand how people can git this creepy and sick and live with themselves even. and ta think they live amongst us!~~gaawwd!~it breaks my heart ta hear this. i have 3 daughters and i know if it were me, i would want this man and woman dead!~ sorry, but an eye for an eye!~ how bout that creepy german guy named josef fritz? he fathered 7 kids with his daughter an kept em in ah undergroun basement. there wuz 9 doors ta unlock ta git to em finally~ he also had 7 with his wife upstairs. he kept 4 locked downstairs for 25 years or sumpthin . he brought the other three upstair ta his wife ta raise and supposedly she never had ah clue. now he is locked up and has ah really nice cell with air purifiers and stuff like that. he is ah monster. and these folks are also!~ btw, i was raised in antioch ca.

Well, I know some of the public wants to know what happened in those 18 years, but I think they should lay off for a while. They just need to get that man and his wife in jail for the rest of their lives, but most important, leave Jaycee alone with her family to heal. Even Elizabeth Smart said they need to let her have peace and no questions asked right away, and I agree. She is home safe now with her family and her two daughters. She has much to catch up with and there is no need to make her relive the horror so soon. She and the kids need physical and mental attention now.

Also, I feel very sorry for the stepfather who was a suspect all these years.

Bittersweet ending to all of this, but she is alive.

This is my feelings about those two freaks. Don't kill them, that's too easy. First for him, castrate him, and not chemically either, then cut the pen.s off, that should end any sexual desire, her I guess cut the cl.t off and sew her shut, know what I mean? Then solatary comfinement w/t.v. maybe once a year to keep them wanting something they will never have again. Make it impossible to overturn. I THINK if you give them life plus one day, they will never parole cuz they would never complete life to get to that one day. And it just goes all over me how this man slipped thru parole stuff all these years. GOD THIS IS BAD

It's sad that all eyes have been on the step father for all these years. I remember seeing him on Geraldo in 93. His composite of the passenger(the sicko's wife) and it was spot on! If they had spent more time following the leads and less on him It might have helped. He was on FOX News tis weekend and I though it was incredible not once did he express displeasure of anysort towards the law inforcement of his community. It's really sad that it took this long. I also heard that his parole officer was called out there 3 years ago and didn't even take one step into that man's back yard!
