Kidnapped Calfornia Girl Found Alive - -

Wonder what anybody else thinks of this, although we don't know too much now.

The California girl who was abducted at age 11 in 1991 has been found alive, and the police are saying that her kidnapper apparently fathered two children with her and kept all three living in tents and sheds behind his house.

Jaycee Dugard had been missing since she was abducted near her home in South Lake Tahoe, east of San Francisco, on June 10, 1991. She is 29 years old now!

Wow - - what is anybody's take on this, but guess we have to wait and see!

Actually we know a little bit more than that- she was kidnapped by a husband and wife team- the wife was a lesbian who also used the girl as her sex slave..

I did hear a litte about this..apparently a couple husband and wife kidnapped her....It seems that she walked into a police station and told them about her abduction. I wonder if her parents are still living and how they must feel right now.

Thank God she is still alive, but what a sad sad life she must have had.

I think it's sick and vile...only sociopaths with no feeling of empathy or human decency would allow three human beings to live in a backyard shed, no medical attention, no education, no freedom...just sick!

Puddy for some reason it is just not totally coming together for me. I will need to hear some more info to make me completely sure of the whole situation. I am sure there will be a big documentary on it soon that will go more indept with the details. How far were they living from her parents home all this time?

Yes, she has been reunited with her mother- the mother and step-father divorced sometime after the kidnapping-the step-father was under suspicion for years- b/c he was the last one to see her alive- he had ridden his bike to the bus stop with her- as they stood there the kidnappers drove by and literally snatched her up - the step-father says he chased them on his bike- but when they went up a steep hill
he became winded and unable to follow them- he then began screaming for neighbors to cal 911-- sounds a little bit mysterious to me-----but that has been his story all along--

WOW Gommie we must have posted at the same time, my husband told me about the husband and wife part...nothing about her being a lesbian and molesting the girl.....HOLY SHIOT!!! That poor girl, now a woman..what she must have gone through.

.... this woman and man are pedophile's and both she and her husband deserve HUGE punishment.....

There are some sick assed people in this world- that girl will never be whole-they have robbed her of her whole life- they both need to stung up and left to die in the Mohave Desert-- they won't get what the deserve-----

Yep Wanna -it's all just a little bit too convenient for me--I don't think any of them will ever be normal- God only knows what they have endured-I doubt her 15 year old daughter escaped their filthy hands-

Well shoot I never would have noticed the Californy spelling had you not said anything. I love your posts too! Oh well gives it character. I think we will be seeing this family on the talk shows really soon with their story. Wonder how old the kids are.

I didn't hear their ages. I had no idea one was 15. Do you know how far away they were living from her home?

I didn't hear their ages. I had no idea one was 15. Do you know how far away they were living from her home?


Girl is 15 and I think a boy 11??????????

No both girls one 15 and the other 11----

She was kidnapped in Tahoe- I'm guessing a bout 3 hours by car from where she was being kept--
