My husband & I have different feelings about TONY ROMO, he loves him and I said since the first year with the COWBOYS that he needs to be seasoned more, he is terrible under two minutes, he is not good under pressure, he needs to work two minute drills, and he has ALWAYS had TOO MANY TURNOVERS. Both of the MANNING boys took a few years to win SUPER BOWLS and especially ELI has come a long way. Do I think the COWBOYS could win a SUPER BOWL with TONY ROMO, NO I DO NOT. He is NOT A DISCIPLINED PLAYER and it really made me ill when he and his "tight end" buddy and their girlfriends partied together a few years ago when they had a first week bye in the playoffs. Dallas starts too slow in the first half and when they get a lead they sit on it instead of building their lead. I'm sorry but whenever DALLAS had GREAT YEARS their DEFENSE would inspire their OFFENSE TO SCORE MORE, not sit on their lead. DEFENSE GETS the turnover & OFFENSE scores. I still love the COWBOYS and always will and have lived in TEXAS all my life. Love the TEXAS LONGHORNS ALSO! JMO! ITA!! That had me hotter than fish grease. When I saw those pics of him and Jessica with Jason Whitten (sp?). UGH!! Then they lost that game to the GIANTS it didn't even feel like they were trying in that playoff game. But thank god the GIANTS won because they beat the PATRIOTS!!!! (Best Superbowl EVER!!!!) I knew right after they lost to the Seahawks that Tony Romo was a DUD!! He drives me up the wall and it is to bad because I love the Cowboys and so did my family but we all can't stand Tony Romo. Maybe they will win the Superbowl someday with him as quarterback but I highly doubt it.

Oh, I don't know to me ANY SUPERBOWL that DALLAS WINS(and I have seen all 5 wins, but I have SEEN EVERY SUPERBOWL)is the best ever. Especially beating the STEELERS! I HATE the GIANTS and quite like the PATRIOTS(love BRADY & TEDDY BRUSKI when he played)but dislike the coach. I really don't think they could win a SUPERBOWL with TR unless he changes radically as a player, ELI changed and won a SUPERBOWL and even PEYTON MANNING himself changed his game to accomodate the intensity of a championship run. It just depends what's inside and how bad he wants to win, I don't think he has the competitive drive that CHAMPIONS have. JMO! |

I can understand why you particularly enjoyed watching the Cowboys beat the Steelers...after all, the Steelers are the only team that has more superbowls than Dallas!!  GO Steelers...tied for first place in the division this week.

HOOK 'em' HORNS! Ya'll won again and BAMA just barely won, didn't even score a TD! When the HORNS did that against a RANKED team they dropped and when BAMA does it against an UNRANKED team what will happen? Will they slip/drop also? We shall see. |
