DALLAS had their shot a couple of years ago with a very good season and a first round bye and what did TONY ROMO and his favorite reciever/roommate/partyboy JASON WITTEN do? Why, they went to PUERTO VALLARTA with their girlfriends to drink margarita's and frolic in the surf. TR needs discipline, hard work, guts, learn to work the 2 minute clock, perform no-huddle drills effectively, and NOT go into SHOTGUN FORMATION on 3rd down goal to goal in the red zone. GEEZE and DALLAS do something with FLOZZEL because he gets CAUGHT holding on EVERY PLAY and please I KNOW there is holding on every play by both sides! JMO! Been watching the COWBOYS since before the first ICEBOWL! |

They have PLAYED ONLY as good as they have to play to hold onto a lead and then if/when they get behind they are forced to rely on TR & the offense. GREAT TEAMS not only rely on the OFFENSE to score points BUT the DEFENSE has to FORCE TURNOVERS! What happened to one of my faves DeMARCUS WARE? DeMARCUS last SEASON you led the league in SACKS with 20, I think. DeMARCUS HOW MANY SACKS have you gotten this season? And the FRONT FOUR why aren't you helping DeMARCUS! JAY RATLIFF, what's yopur problem this season, last year you looked sooooooooooooo good. CHRIS CANTY, well didn't he get traded away to the GIANTS? TERRENCE NEWMAN well, you either get beat so bad on coverage or you make the big play like you did last week and intercept for a touchdown. I can't remember if TN is a safety or a nickel/defensive back but he needs to step up. TERRENCE that's your job, to intersept and score a TOUCHDOWN. And speaking of turnovers. The GREAT DEFENSES of DALLAS, the one's that consistently were in the playoffs and won the FIVE SUPERBOWLS were the ones that had a DEFENSE that GOT the TURNOVERS! You need a good team leader in your QB but the DEFENSE has to step up. I have ALWAYS rooted for the BOYS too, although the year that JJ bought them and they only won against the REDSKINS, I was secretly a "little" happy if only for the "way" that JJ fired TOM LAUNDRY. Don't get me wrong it was TL time to go, but it was the cold,calculated, in the media way in which it was done. That being said, NOTHING will make me go against the COWBOYS. oh, and my husband loves JASON WHITTEN, too. Me, I love MARION BARBER, DeMARCUS WARE, and I'm starting to like TSCHARD CHOICE, lots of potential. There are many recievers that are going to be good this year, if they stay healthy. Lots of expectations for ROY WILLIAMS and of course, WHITTEN is a clutch player and a great blocker like a tight end should be. End of rant. Nice chatting with you. Maybe I will start coming on here to discuss the BOYS with you! |

YEAH, but a win is a win is a win! They need DISCIPLINE, too many TURNOVERS and PENALTIES! If they are having trouble against a team that is 0-4 wait till they get to the tougher teams like the GIANTS. But it is still early in the season and you NEVER know who could be injured ON ANY GIVEN SUNDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
