Is the fact that when I call a customer service line to an American based co. I get somebody in Manilla. GMADB These cos. want our money but they don't reinvest in the US.

I've heard when that happens you can say, "I'd like to speak to an American" i havent put this to use yet but someone said they have to connect you to someone that speaks English. Also there is a website called dialahuman that has tons and tons of numbers where you get an actually person here in the states to speak to.....miracles do happen.

absolutely nothing, the weather is perfect, i am in very little pain, having friends over for a bon fire later, life is good

So what if she/he posted this thread months ago...it's the first time I have seen it, and other people seem to appreciate the thread and are posting their gripes..in fact you did too. But then someone (this same person who in the sarah palin thread said all liberals and progressives were communists ...how 1950's really!) makes a snide comment and you have to jump on the band wagon and make a snide comment too, and not even an orginal one to boot. Deny it all you want, if you can't see what you do...believe me others do!

Now getting back to what bugs me:
People who say they are one thing and act another!!!




What is your problem?? The post about the minister was very familiar to me- this does not appear to be an old thread- so unless I am dreaming, which I do a lot- this same issue was posted before--I am looking for clarification only-- and NOT FROM YOU-- you are a relatively new poster is my guess and the thread I am talking about was a long time ago-way before you-why do you continue to badger cats?so far as I can tell cats is also looking for clarification-- You obviously have some axes to grind- why don't you go back where you came from and grind them there-?


LMAO!!! Do you remember Glenda the Good Witches reply to the Wicked Witches threat? I do not believe you get to determine who gets to post what, when, where or how many times. What difference does it make if this poster opened this same exact thread a month ago..a year ago or not!
People seem to like posting in it...and YES your comment was very SNIDE. As if she didn't have the right to post about her problems....once again..."you have no power here!"

Wonder if that would work with DISH Network. I called Customer Service & got a woman in India I think. She spent one hour asking me about he problem & trying things. Then she turned me over to a supervisor(also Indian) who kept me on the line for another hour. He finally said my equipment was obsolete & I could get a new free receiver but first I had to mail them the old equipment back(???). He could not connect with Dish USA to get an appt for someone to come to my house & install the new equipment-that was the delay. I told him I had to get off the phone & fix lunch for my elderly mother. He said he could not call me b/c he was in another country. I said, "Well can you cancel my contract from there? Then please do".

Wow! This might be the way you like to talk to people after just becoming a new poster but that's not how we roll around here. You have insulted two of my friends and i have only just started seeing your name on this board. If you have a problem keep it to yourself. You certainly arent going to make friends here this way.

OMG! Dishnet is the worst of any of them. They always ask you the same questions even if they just talked to you. You know the ole "hit reset, unplug for a minute, have you moved the dish, how is the weather, is there snow on the ground". I had 3 different one ask me what the weather was. I said sunny and 80 degrees. THEN never failed they wanted to know if there was snow on the ground. Do they not know that there is not snow on the ground with 80 and sunshine. I would rather have a root canal than try and deal with those people

That's good to know. I had read that people have had trouble with Direct re billing issues but had not spoken with someone who actually has it. Thank you.

This is a bit off the subject, but what happened to the thread about Sarah Palin resigning? Were we all too inflammatory? Or was the subject in itself just too hot to handle? It seems to have totally disappeared without a trace. There is so much dull, uninteresting stuff posted and that was REALLY interesting. lol.

Since I have not replied to any of your posts, and you are directly calling me out...I feel my responding to you would in no way be considered poster bashing...
If I have a problem I will post anything I like as long as it is within guidelines...I am not about to be bullied by anyone...least of all you! ("roll" I had no idea I was in the hood!)
Many people have replied to posts I have made, and seem to like them..if others don't it really does not concern me.
