Quote Sundevil98: OMG, this just breaks my heart to think of what those money grabbing losers did to Michael. We will never know the heights Michael could have achieved with his incredible talent. Those people make me sick and I hope they live with guilt for the rest of their sorry lives. May he finally rest in peace. Just remember, Karma is beyotch!! Those people will suffer one way or another for what they put him through... |

Quote OspreyGirl: Wow...as if I didn't know this already...Michael's accusers are coming out the slimy rock they've been hiding under and finally admitting that Michael did not molest them. The boy from the first trial (who MJ settled out of court to make them go away), is now 29 years old and said his slime ball father put him up to do it to get money from Mike. The second boy(s) and his mother have already been exposed as scam artists who went after other celebrities besides MJ, and they also abused the food stamps/welfare system... After all this time, after all Michael had to endure, all of that public scrutiny, all the jokes and disrespect and cancelled concerts and illness, horribly villified and heartbroken to the point of leaving his own country....in death, these jerks come forth to tell us that Michael was innocent all along... This doesn't suprise me at all! I always knew these people were lying Michael Jackson was a caring compassionate person who loved children and these sorry excuses for humans took that love and twisted it into something sick. I know Michael never recovered from those allegations. That's like being a part of PETA and being accused of killings a dog. I know that was a unhealable wound. I believe if that never happen we wouldn't have saw that Jacko character. |

Quote wannazach: I always knew they were lying. I mean seriously to me there was no doubt that this was the work of scam artists. Imo Michael just never had a childhood of his own and he tried to live one through the kids. He wanted them to have a childhood with fun and no abuse. He never knew what it was like to be a kid or even treated good by his dad. Just think, in a way these people could be part of what killed him. I mean just imagine what he went through trying to clear his name. His reputation was ruined. The begining of the scams was the beginning of the end for him. I am sure that could be what drove him to the pain pill addition in the 1st place. His life was ruined and ended way to soon. The liars are still here enjoying the money they got. I guess that could be called blood money now. This makes me so mad and I do hope that something is done to them. However, it is a little too late for Michael. ITA. |

This is a quote from Martin Bashir, the man who was interviewing Michael when he admitted he'd shared his bed w/young boys. Bashir spent months w/Michael, & had this to say on the day Michael died: |

The people who accused him would never recant because now they could be prosecuted. If MJ was so innocent why would he (MJ) settle out of court so many times? |

Quote ilovemedanes: The people who accused him would never recant because now they could be prosecuted. If MJ was so innocent why would he (MJ) settle out of court so many times? Did he settle out of court more than once? I know he did in the early 90s, but other than that I wasn't aware of another settlement. I don't know if he was guilty. He certainly behaved in ways that hurt his claim that he was innocent. From what I've read of his accusers, they were not at all believable in court (the case that went to trial a few years back). Just b/c he led an odd life doesn't mean he was guilty. Odd does not always equal guilt. As far as the case he did settle, I believe he wanted to avoid trial for one thing. I think he wanted to make it go away, & he had the money to make that happen. The case that did go to trial clearly was taxing on him. I think his mental state really deteriorated during all that. If he was innocent, I cannot imagine the turmoil he dealt with sitting through the trial. Would I have left my child alone with him? I doubt it. Do I think he was guilty? I probably would've acquitted him had I been on that jury. |

MY fav album is off the wall. |

These statements about me are totally false...I will say I am particularly upset by the handling of the mass matter by the incredible, terrible mass media. At every opportunity, the media has dissected and manipulated these allegations to reach their own conclusions. I ask all of you to wait and hear the truth before you label or condemn me. Don't treat me like a criminal, because I am innocent. I have been forced to submit to a dehumanizing and humiliating examination...It was the most humiliating ordeal of my life...But if this is what I have to endure to prove my innocence, my complete innocence, so be it.[13][14][28] —Michael Jackson Both parties signed a legal agreement declaring they would not speak about the case details. When asked why he paid off his accuser, Jackson answered, "I wanted to go on with my life. Too many people had already been hurt. I want to make records. I want to sing. I want to perform again...It's my talent. My hard work. My life. My decision."[34] He also wanted to avoid a "media circus".[11] |

Michael spent money like it was kleenex, so I don't think a settlement means he was guilty. |

Quote alwaysEJ: Michael spent money like it was kleenex, so I don't think a settlement means he was guilty. People settle out of court all the time to avoid trial, to avoid allowing their case to go to a jury - juries are completely unpredictable. And, if I were convinced my child had been molested, I'd want to go to trial to try & ensure the perp was put in jail. I wouldn't want money, I'd want to prevent harm from coming to other children. By settling, you could also argue that the child's family simply wanted money, not justice. And that joke is not funny on this i agree with you 100%. i see it that way too..it could be argued as to why the parents just settled for money. |

also on the insider, it is stated that the 2nd accuser states Michael jackson did not touch him - he said it back in 2005 too - the first accuser is bound by a gag order so he can't talk about anything either way. (that stuff was on the insider today - yeah i watch that show sometimes) |

Quote OspreyGirl: Jermaine gave an interview with Matt Lauer of the 'Today Show.' today.msnbc.msn.com/id/31704337/?GT1=43001 Just a sad awful tragedy...I feel for the family, not only do they have to grieve, but they have to fight against people who still want to denegrate Michael, even in death... And the crazies are starting with the lawsuits already... www.tmz.com/2009/07/01/michael-jackson/ i just read that. she seems "crazy"..for lack of a better word! did you hear about the suicides?? i think 12 so far or something. |
