I wonder if "the Will" is even valid, given the recent information that Jackson was not the biological father and he never officially adopted the children..how can he have a say into where they should go? He Legally has no right over those children. |

He Legally has no right over those children. I guess my question is how can a person say where children are to be placed if that person had no biological or legal ties to the children? I also understand that Love makes a family and those children looked at MJ as there father and loved him..thats all they knew. It would set a precident!! His name isn't on the childrens birth certificates? If my understanding is correct whoever is on that is the parents(and legal guardian) unless otherwise determined by the courts. when I had my first child and wasn't married he(now hubby) wanted to be on the Bc and by doing that I was told we both had custody of him(alot of parents don't know this so when they split from their partner, the mom usually takes the kids. But in actuality they have Joint custody!! |

I have never actually seen them, except for the famous balcony scene with "Blanket" but from what people are saying, it sounds as if they could not possibly be Michael's. And I think Michael chose to cut her out of any contact with them, regarding it as simply a business transaction. And maybe he was right, depending on her motives (ie did she do it just for the money). |

I saw an interview with Debbie, she stated very clearly that she did NOT want to be a mother. She said she had the children for Michael. Those were her exact words. |
