He was the greatest of anybody. Now I'm thinking it was an accidental overdose or maybe that demerol didn't mix with his other meds. Is his mom and Joe still together? If so, why would the courts put Michael's kids with Joe?

I think he is gone and I think they need to finally give him some peace-what difference does all this make anyway?

Most everyone loved Micheal's music..... He is gone...... What is left is a myriad of questions that won't be answered for many weeks if ever. MJ lived his life in veiled secrecy & I have a feeling it will stay that way. MJ was a tortured soul.
IMHO... I guess it really doesn't matter. He is gone. His family will deal with their grief & the fans will deal with theirs & his music will no doubt live on forever.

I wonder if the mom will get her 2 back? I never really believed all the stuff about her. There are 2 sides to every coin as they say!! MJ had enough $$ to make it look bad for her!! IMO. You never know!!

First of all...Joe is too old to beat anyone..one swing and her would probaby have a heart attack!! Even though that may not be funny to some, it is true.

Age become an issue for point #2...Isn't he too old to care for children that young...What happened to Michaels siblings..I know Janet may be too busy, but what the heck is Jermaine, Tito, Rebe or Marlin doing?

Just heard on CNN that even tho yesterday was Sunday, Katherine and Joe filed for control of Michael's estate and his kids.

Im sure im alone on this but I think the older 2 should be reunited with their mom! I never believed all the stuff about her! and what ever was the truth I think was twisted to make her look like a monster! In this day and age when you have enough $$ you can ruin anyone!! And that Family does have the $$. His parents should not get his estate or anything else. It should be put in a trust for his kids! With Guideloines that state no one can touch it except the kids when they are of age and even then there should be clauses so they don't waste it!!!! Did MJ give Paul McC artney back his rights for the betles stuff? Anyone know?

I think at some point there may be a DNA test done on those oldest two kids. Legally, Michael was their dad at his death so I think they'd still be entitled to his estate, as is the third child whose mother remains unknown. There has always been speculation that those oldest two - the children Ms. Rowe had - aren't biologically Michael's. They were not conceived naturally.

Who knows what is best for the poor kids. There are so many rumors about their mother & about Michael's parents going aroud & we just don't know what's true. I don't think Joe Jackson would be the best option - I don't know if he abused his kids or would abuse his grandkids - but he's just so damn greedy. Katherine or one of Michael's siblings would be a good option I suppose. I don't think their mom wants them...it's always been my understanding that she did Michael a favor b/c he wanted kids, but that she's never had much to do with them.

From what i've seen and heard she has always wanted them but she signed something when they were born. From my understanding she was promised a role in her childrens lives and when she wouln't follow blindly the papers she had signed were used against her. Every time she has tried to come forward even now and claim them "dirt" gets thrown @ her! I don't believemost of what the Jacksons say about her! I think yes she made a bad move by signing those papers but hello It was Micheal Jackson, who wouldn't sign? Even Paul from the beatles got stupid where he was concerned!!

Katerine has temporary custody of the kids and is over the estate also for now. Anyway that is what CNN reported last night.
