Quote alwaysEJ: apnews.myway.com/article/20090628/D993N3P80.html This AP article says the doctor has been cooperative with police, who've already questioned him. It seems this doc had been hired recently to oversee Michael's health during his planned London concerts. It also talks about Janet & LaToya moving things out of the rented house Michael has been living in & where he collapsed Thursday. I saw that.I wonder why it took the Dr days after his death to come forward. To the point that they had to impound his car. |

Quote raving: Quote wannazach: Mighty suspicious that the cardiloogist who was with Michael when he died disappeared. Now isn't it strange that the attending physician left the scene of a death of his patient before the EMT's even arrived. Not only that, the doc left his BMW behind when he left. Must have walked or took a cab for some odd reason. Then he leaves the country. It takes at least a day or two for the detectives to find his location. Then he gets a lawyer and sets up the time "HE" wants to be interviewed. I am assuming he has something to hide or why get to hell out of there when his patient is dying? The death certificate has still not been signed by him as he was the attending physician. Not only that it is illegal to walk out and leave a patient in which you have iniciated treatment. If it is proven that this man in any way caused or was a party to this death I hope he is brought to justice. He probably left the country before Michael's fans could get at him. This really makes me angry. We love you Michael....... I thought I saw on the news that the Doc, that gave him the demerol shot, rode with him in the ambulance pumping on his chest the whole time....is that false? The cardiologist wasn't outside of LA, he continued CPR on Michael in the ambulance, and in the ER...he didn't want to stop but it was apparent to all that at 226p, MJ wasn't responding...the doc's car was impounded from Mike's house as part of the investigation, nothing unusual about that. Also, the doc did talk to members of Mike's family at the hospital...I think that the doc was so distraught after trying for hours to revive Michael...I'm sure anyone can understand that... |

I saw that.I wonder why it took the Dr days after his death to come forward. To the point that they had to impound his car. Yeah this whole thing is a big mess. It seems Michael has had issues with prescription drugs & pain killers for some time. I read that his kids' nanny had tried to get his mom & one of his sisters involved & he got upset with the nanny for being disloyal to him. It's the same pattern with stars - they surround themselves w/people who enable their habits & no one tells them 'No.' MJ's situation seems particularly sad b/c I've read a few articles that discussed his trepidation over the upcoming London concerts. I don't know how much control he had over things - apparently believing he agreed to maybe 10 concerts & it ended up being 50. It seems those who handled his finances, & stood to gain financially themselves, were more concerned w/the money his concert series would bring than with his physical ability to perform. He was so immensely talented & it seems his last years were horrific as far as his health was concerned. So sad |

There's been conflicting reports. Yesterday i read no one in the Jackson family had heard from the Doc and the police were wanting to ask him questions. Anyway i dont want to quote what i read then but it was a surprise to me this morning that they have talked to him since. I hope he has nothing to do with this. Tho the fact that Michael might have been on many prescript drugs isnt good. |

I don't understand why a "self proclaimed" famous cardiologist was doing cpr with Michael on the bed. The most basic cpr training tells you that you have to get them on the floor. Cpr cannot be performed properly on a bed. The 911 operator had to tell them to get him to the floor. Jmo but I think this doc owns a lot of responsibility here. He has a clinic in Texas and Nevada and just license in Califorina. It is just not adding up at all to me. |

Miss you Michael That is exactly what I said everyone knows you must do CPR on a hard surface not a soft bed. WTH was he thinking! |

And as reported Michael was very thin probably somewhere around 130-140lbs....it would have been very easy to get him to the floor....also, who was the person who called 911 while the Doc was doing this.....they havent said, have they? This isnt adding up at all. Miss you too Michael |

I was wondering where the person who posted this got her info from. I have been watching all kinds of news/media reports and no one was saying that the Doc left the country and left Michael to die. I did hear that he was attempting to do CPR (wrongly) and also rode in the ambulance and was questioned almost immediately by the police. I am certain he did aquire lawyers..he has alot of questions to answer to. He is in deep doo doo! As well as the many "handlers" MJ had. Micheal was surrounded by "Yes" men/women. It just sickens me that a celebrity that clearly was disturbed was given the tools to his demise. Especially for their own benefit....and you just know that the "handelers" were paid very well. Marilyn Monroe, Elvis, Jim Morrison, Janis Joplin, Heath Ledger, Anna Nicole Smith....and I'm sure more..the question is who is next? |

His (Joe Jacksons)......i cant stand that man. Sunnydaz I just saw an interview with him on CNN and he was promoting that Blue Tooth Company.....His Son just died...it's so dispicable. And to think that he and Katherine because they are still married will possibly be raising the kids...at least for a while anyway! What Man that just lost his son goes on a promotion tour before his (Cash Cow) son is even buried? |

Quote princesschyrstin: Quote rei1: Quote AnnePage: As wonderful a performer he was. As much of an Icon as he was. As much as his performances impressed and thrilled... We must never forget that he was an abused child who grew up to sexually abuse and traumatize others. And tragically, many of those young men are now so emotionally scarred from that... that they will never have a normal life... and run the risk of becoming abusers themselves. I am sorry that he died... but he was not the Icon he once was... and his later years showed that he was so damaged, so body dysmorphic... and so sick, that we should all use his life as a lesson on how NOT to raise children. *********************************************************** No one except for his accusors can say with all their heart if this did actually happen. And if it did, I hope they are at peace tonight. He was a tragidy waiting to happen... he defiled his own body, I feel sorry for him that he literally wasn't comfortable in his own skin. And lets not forget that he was very odd. Some called him excenteric..(sp) Having a monkey as his best friend...and dangling the baby named Blanket off a four story building..he was very troubled indeed. And before anyone jumps on me for my post...think back to all the antics he did and remember that most thought the same thing too. Be honest!! He was great in the 80's and I enjoyed him then....he was a troubled person in his adult life and I sincerely hope that he has finally found peace... Maybe the lesson to be learned is let kids be kids when they are children and maybe Michael wouldn't have been as screwed up as an adult. Fame at an early age without great parental guidience is castrophy. RIP Michael Jackson Well you have to understand that Michael Jackson was a genius and there is a fine line between genius and insanity. Also his childhood didnt help but no matter what happend with all the controversy I believe his talent over shawdow everything and speaks for itself. I feel bad because he was a very troubled soul. I believe anyone who was forced into stardom at the age of 5 will have some problems. I don't think he was weird for wanting his childhood back be we don't know what kind of psychological disorders he struggled with. Yes Michael had his moments but I think he was overall a good person and he wanted to help children have better lives. I am a TRUE fan I have loved Michael thru thick and thin and my heart is broken for his family and children I hope he finally has peace. There is no doubt that his death is sad, but I think your post basically echoed what rei stated in her posts...it's no secret that Michael had a horrible childhood, and suffered in his adult life as well...I agree with everything that rei said, and I do hope that now he can find some peace. I also hope that whoever gets custody of his kids, raises them well, and gives them all the love in the world... BRYCESON...I didn't have the jacket, but I had the doll, and posters, and even a scarf!! I loved Michael as a kid |

I can't explain why there are so many conflicting reports...I live in Cali so any updates we are getting are pretty much hot off the presses and we get either tv scrolls or program interruptions with updates...CNN and other national channels pretty much have to get solid confirmations beforehand and they have to run the 'old' story before the new one is confirmed. |
