No one has any idea, and that was my only point about his actions. Alls I really know is I prefer not to wait days until I know what my country is going to do about this. My heart can't take it much longer. Take a break from the news lovesit.....my anxiety level is way lower since I am working at being ignorant.  If NK nukes, we nuke back, we all die. I would rather not know when I am gonna die, I would rather live than worry.

I think your argument regarding NK giving Obama's admin a chance is flawed in that you are not taking into consideration everything that has happened in the past. They are past the point in caring who is in charge. Lil Kim is crazy. He is pizzed...and it is the past admins that contributed to it. |

But I still think Obama has had enough time and done enough so the world can now see who he is as a president.I think that was all the time crazy NK needed to go forward with what they've always wanted to do. But I think you're still going to disagree. Oh I agree past admins took a part in this mess. I never meant to say I thought otherwise. At the very least, I just firmly think we should have gotten some type of status update, an appeasment of sorts, to let the American people know he (Obama) is being as active as he can in diffusing this situation. Like I said earlier, I am not expecting an answer yet. Oh yea, my last paragraph you did not know what I meant... I was just making a side observation that had NK been waiting for an opportunity to strike, now would be it. We are as divided as ever, and the division just keeps getting larger. Divide and conquer concept, even though they still could never do the conquering part. Yeah, you are right...lol...I disagree. But, I do see where you are coming from. I just look at it a different way. Yes, as a country we are as divided as ever, that is what worries me the most really. I truely can see another civil war (what an oxymoron) but this time it would be way worse....we would have neighbors fighting neighbors. In alot of ways, we are our own worst enemy. |

(are our own worst enemy) - another civil war would truly suck!! as for obama i'm just hoping he's keeping things quiet for a reason. anything he says on the news in regards to NK could be taken in any which way. we shall see but i think any hasty moves on our part would surely backfire. just my thoughts! |

He had firm data discussed by Lil Kim that NK had a nuke program. We did NOTHING about NK. NOTHING. Now we are all up in arms because our current president is not immediately saying anything about Lil Kim and NK and all of Lil Kim's threats. Gee....Yeah, blame Obama without giving him a chance. Who do we think we are anyway? We elect our president to act for us. We don't know everything he does. We don't get daily reports. All I am saying, and I think Sarah is too.....is that 8 years of bush let this situation get to this point. Give Obama a chance. He might not be telling us everything to avoid mass hysteria. you summed up what i was trying to say very nicely..thankyou....and adding on..NK already has WMD - (unlike iraq) - i think it was questioned somewhere "if" they did. so invading any ships could just set them off. it's not a question of them obtaining them or if they have them, they do so we must proceed with caution. they have a fair amount + a large military + a crazy leader. this makes them very scary. |
